Well its been a while since I have been here, had so much going on recently.  Found out that my best friend that was doing a diet that I didnt agree with is bulimic so have been trying to help and deal with that.  Thank goodness she decided to tell her mum...hopefully things are on the way to sorting themselves out.  but I am here for her no matter what.

Me and my boyfriend of two years are currently on a break, and i'm struggling.  It just got too much for me, he wasnt working and I felt that he relied on me for far too much.  He gets angry and scares me.  We got stuck ina rut.  we never did anything but sit in either at his or mine.  We barely touched each other any more.

People were telling me to end it there and then and that he is never going to change.  But I cant walk away from the man that I love.   We have to try.

Which we are doing.  I didnt see him for about a month at first and now slowly we are going out on dates if you like, out for drinks, for dinner etc.  and its been lovely.  Butterflies and all.  Hopefuilly we can keep it up and wont let it get back to how it was before.  But if it does then so be it, wasnt meant to be but at least we can say that we tried.

I have just re-read my old posts and I cant belive how much I worried about food and my weight.  I still worry about it yes but not to the same extent.  Feel much healthier, have personal training sessions now which are great and I ran three miles today :)  feeling good.  I'm doing a run for charity in the summer so am looking forward to that.

Anyway I must head off to bed now.  Im really going to try and keep this going more than I did before.
