How do you stay fit, and keep those annoying pounds off?

Stay active. Park far away. Eat 5 to 7 small meals, Breakfast is
important. Run. (I HATE running.) Watch your "healthy
foods" too. Some have a lot more fat/ calories then you
think. Don't eat idle food such as popcorn during a movie or
chips while just sitting. (You eat more then you realize and
don't even feel full.) That's a few to start with. When you do
workout do the exercises right.... Or you are wasting time and
energy.

Do what works for you. Whether that's keeping active, cutting
down portion size, just changing what you eat or taking up a new
hobby. I've tried everything now and so far the only thing
that's worked for me is moving away from home and having to walk
everywhere. I always thought people were just annoying by telling
me to do more exercise but they're all right. Also, when you are
going to have a meal, drink a pint of water a few minutes before,
makes you fill up quicker. :P
