Nearly a month ago, I was on my way out of Thoughts.com.
    
     I received a flood of emails and ims the next day.  Needless to say I was a bit stunned.  It's a blog site, right?  This is the internet.  Who should care if I moved my happy ass somewhere else? 

     I replied to the IMS and EMAILS.  Some email conversations carried over for a couple of days.

     One particular blogger made me raise my eyebrows.  It was a blogger i did not know for long, but had begun to establish a friendship with me through our mutual situation.  The emails continued for a day.  These emails turned into IMs.  The IMs turned into voice chats online via ventrilo.   

     Everyone knows the saying "You find happiness where you least expect it."  

     I found happiness in her.
    
     And hope

    And promise.

     A month later, I can honestly say I love this woman. 

     Now comes the kicker:  We have discussed everything.  We have come up with 1,000 reasons this will not work.  None of these reasons are good enough to go against love.  If you leave comments regarding the distance and logistics and plans,  I will not answer.  We have it worked out.    It is our plan.

     I am in Baltimore, Maryland USA.
     She is in Australia.

     We have been talking about when to share this with our friends here.  Some know.  Most do not.  This will be something for us and us only.  We will not blog about ourselves here.  Our life is our life.  We will give updates on when we meet and things like that, but not of the other stuff.  If you see me post a poem, it is for her.   That is the closest you will get to our private life. 

I am not posting this to be "Mr News Breaker."  I am posting this because I love her and I am PROUD of what we have.
