poems frm my very much younger days - part 6
IAN

I'm as high as a kite
I feel i can fly to any height
the reason is so simple and clear
someone has wiped away my tears

I've found the one who makes me happy
he's sometimes quiet but ofen chatty
he makes me laugh, he makes me cry
i hope we never say goodbye

He stole my heart two months ago
he never knew i loved him so
when he told me how he felt
my heart just began to melt

IAN is the name of the guy i love
when hes away i miss him so much
I'll stay forever and thats no lie
so please don't ever make me cry.

I wrote this poem at the age of 14 and i am now 32 and still with Ian.
We are married and have 3 beautiful children.

Thanks scot, yes he has read it but it was about 2 years after we got together i gave it to him handwritten in a frame with a real rose attached.
Needless to say the rose died inside the frame and made a mess ha ha.xx
