I wouldn't really consider that a shoe fetish... it merely reflects the fact that a woman's choice in footwear often reflects a lot about her. Sexy shoes = sexy woman. Plus shoes are a lot easier for a woman to be expressive with than clothing is.
As per the mom thing - I have this weird thing where whenever I see a pregnant woman or woman with babies I think about the fact that she had to have sex to get there. Not really anything graphic, but it's just weird to know that this complete stranger was having sex for SURE some time x months ago, and the whole world knows it. |

peace_seeker, isn't that the same thing I said about mothers/kids?:P And, I don't think that is the point about the shoe thing, either. Sexy is often relative to the whole "eye of the beholder" thing and personal taste. I'd notice a woman's outfit before I notice her shoes. So, the outfit must say more about her than the shoes. It's just when I am looking at the shoes, I picture outfits and the women in them...like I said.
heatherslife, you just might have good taste:P Heh. I've seen that site already for costume ideas. But, not everything there is in good taste. Some is a bit skimpy and sleazy, if I recall my last visit correctly. |

I used to wear very high heel shoes in my younger years, many around 10 cm (4") high. It made me feel taller, more attractive and sexier.....
However, now I have to pay a very high price in my older years..... Problems with very high arched feet. Not only feet that are painful but also wrecked my ankles, knees and tendon.....
Today, I can't wear high heel shoes at all. But still I never wear tennis shoes (runners) because I don't feel feminine wearing them. Many cute low heel or flat shoes in the market, and they are helathy for women's feet. |

Sorry I missed your questions... I think it is quite normal for a guy to like a long shapely legged lady in sexy shoes..... You are not necessarily a shoe fettish
As for pregnant women or women with a child..... The other day on TV I saw a program about many todays single independent women choose to get pregnant through sperm bank, rather than with a man.....So it is wrong to imagine that all women get pregnant the natural way.....LOL |

Sorry to hear about your legs/feet, Gwat. That is the very reason I focus on shoes that are sensible as well as sexy. Some heels are "just for show". Maybe good for photo ops and the like but not daily walking.

sounds like u've got a shoe fetish more than a foot fetish.... the style of shoe sparks a fantasy for u. i find women's shoes very sexy too & often find myself watching my own move as i walk past any kind of reflective surface....altho i kinda check out the whole package more often as well hahaha i used to just watch my shoes tho....especially if they were a particularly sexy pair.
i think another part of this might have to do with the fact that the porn industry pushes that on y'all as well... what's one of the first things u see when u walk into a porn shop? a wall of shelves holding 6 inch stilettos & clear platform shoes with all kinds of intricate and/or brightly colored straps/studs/spikes/sparkles/sequins/rhinestones etc....
look at back in the days of foot binding....there was nothing sexier than a tiny pair of shoes - no matter how much pain that poor woman had to endure to fit into them.
maybe it's a male trait....just something ur attracted to for some reason....something about the shape a woman's foot takes when it's in a nice shoe.....not to mention the effect it has on the rest of her lower body (i.e. flexed calves, thighs, butt etc) it accentuates the female figure to be on tip-toes as opposed to flat feet.
the young mother thing i think might have a deeper explanation but i won't go into it for fear of sounding crazy myself. just kno that i have similar experiences. not sure why u mentioned the father figure so much tho... i found that strange but i suppose it's significant to u for some reason... |

I was also going to mention...why do women's shoes have to be SEXY? I think there are shoes out there that do just as much good being PRETTY and making women look BEAUTIFUL or NICE. Everything does not have to be SEXY. There is a limit to that before it just gets to be like a pizza piled up with cheese til your heart stops after one slice.

Don't worry, I check out women's shoes all of the time, and I'm a straight female. Including my own when I walk past a window, like foxx_flie, because they're so damned hot!
A fetish means you must have certain stimulation to orgasm...admiring women's shoes and building a fantasy from it does not mean you have a fetish, but if you need women's shoes to get off, that is a shoe fetish.
And the mother/child thing, I find it amusing that we look at a mother and child and know that she had to have sex get that way. It's like there's this naughty/innocent thing going on at the same time...really tame in the grand scheme of things. I think there's far kinkier things in the world to think of! |

sexy/pretty/beautiful...they are all tied together. just because something is 'sexy' doesn't mean it's automatically tied to sex. sexy is (at least for me) often just another way to say beautiful or pretty....

hmmm... well perhaps u are actually picking up on memory from the women? i kno i often have these 'flashes' from people i simply pass by on the street (not always about sex, but sometimes that too)...more interestingly i have found that things i get flashes of when i first meet someone are actually true after i get to know them/talk to them. maybe i sound like a kook but i kno it's real & the guy ('beast') that i talk the most about in my posts (and the one i'm addicted to - and the only one btw that i'm - having sex with) seems to have the same sort of sensitivity, or whatever u wanna call it. there's so much more to it... i just wonder if maybe u can 'see'

I'm a very happily married 29 y/o guy, and have a couple of kids...but I also look at a young girl / woman with a child, and even moreso one that is pregnant and think about the happenings that took place to cause the pregnancy. And when my wife was pregnant with my kids, I honestly thought it was the sexiest look on her that I had ever seen. I mean, looking at something we did in a moment of passion, and seeing the result for 9 months afterward...just has this effect.
Now onward to the foot/shoe topic. I've too always thought my wife had the sexiest feet..with or without shoes complimenting them. But thinking about first impressions, when i talk to a girl or notice a nice looking female, I find myself looking at her shoes / feet and how they are taken care of. It says alot for her and how she takes care of herself. I've often wondered why female feet are viewed as a sex symbol, and that is everywhere you look. Watch a few hours of tv and you'll see several commercials for foot scrubs, polish, shoes that show almost the whole foot. Lots of tv shows and some commercials show women barefoot. The female foot is apparently an eye-grabbing feature that advertisers use to catch our attention. |

| I don't personally see women's feet on TV and feel attracted. Of course they are far more graceful than any man's foot. And, I do see those commercials for Veet shaving cream with the VERY attractive brunette who either discards her stockings or pulls a skirt up to become a dress at a party. But, am I looking at her legs or feet? Not so much. I just tend to judge footwear like a work of art. And, I really get worked up about women's choices:P |
