I personally don't get any relief from writing everything down...just makes me feel chatty. And, I dont like too much chatter.

HOOOOLY cow that is one big block of text. Did you get everything out? Feel better? I could not read the whole thing...it was like running a 4 hour phone call on fast play, and then I just couldn't read anymore.

My question as well. To me, it could just be you had a bad weather day at the local mall:P But, this could also be metaphor for a despairing situation where you always feel "all wet".

I heard people do that before to back-check some things...
