I am like a kid in a candy shop, in three weeks time I am off to Costa Rica to hook up with my friend, Jose! I had the fortune to meet Jose in Bahia De Caraquez, Ecuador in the spring of 2007. Myself and my son Dylan had joined a group of individuals, from Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada, that were going to Ecuador to help do some volunteering( building a school and communtiy service). Jose joined us in Bahia, as he was travelling around South America, and me hit it off right away. He told me that if I ever wanted to come to his home, he would be proud to show me his country. Well, needless to say, that time is almost here! I am going there for a month of treking, seeing more of our beautiful planet, and being one with nature. I have been online surfing through all the pages I could find about CR, wow, it looks like a piece of heave, if I could imagine what it was like! After that I fly to Quito, Ecuador for another two weeks of volunteering, and then my youngest boy and I are taking off with backpacks on shoulders to Peru for another two weeks. I don't have alot of time left that I will be able to do this stuff, so I am going to do my most to live! I was told once along time ago that life is nothing but a series of experiences, so to live a full life I will experience all I can!
