Well, '07 has come and gone, and 2008 has quietly come into being! I do have to say though, that things have been so much better than it was at this time last year. Quality time with my children, special times with friends and general well being are all great to have experienced  this holiday season. I honestly didn't know how things were going to turn out, was I going to become depressed, be self absorbed, full of self pity, with all the woulda or coulda and should of's that are there for us all to fall back on! Nope, not this cat, not this year! I have actually enjoyed the heck out of the Xmas season! Spent some awesome times with my kids up on th Ski hills at Banff, Alberta! (And yes, the legs hated me for a few days afterwards, lol!) Hung out with my bud who was down from the Yukon and watched a MMA match( full contact fighting) and just plain ol enjoyed being with each other. Right down to meeting a very nice lady friend, who, I hope, will like to go out once in a while and spend some time together. Thats all I wish for! and I hope it turns out in a positive way. Now, in less that 10 days me and my oldest boy are off to Mexico for two weeks, look out, lol, this should last me until mid summer when I take off to Costa Rica and the Ecuador followed by a trip through Peru and then home for the winter, look out !!
