| wow, my first blog of the new year...

it's been a while since i've been on.
life goes on though.
my best guy friend found out i liked him in december. he knew it all along pretty much. my friend sent him an email in class about it. and he read it in class. while i was sitting right beside him.
"hey, that girl beside you really likes you. Do you like her?"
so i read it over his shoulder. and i tried to joke it off.
his reply:
"not really...
it's kind of obvious...
and everyone on my bus makes fun of me about it."
horrible.
he just won't talk to me about it. i only tried to talk about it once with him, but he was like, "I don't want to talk about it."
somehow i knew he would never talk to me again. but then, give him fifteen minutes and he's grinning at me and playing with me the way he used to. so we're stuck at just friends.
not that i have a problem with that, mind you. it's not like i asked my friend to send him that email. there is no way that i'm ready for a relationship at this point. and neither is he. so i'm hoping that our friendship will just naturally progress on its own.
but then this january...
he got kicked out of the school that we go to. so i never see him any more...
the day after he found out... i brought him to the movies... just me and him.... almost like a first date.
almost.
but i've called him a lot since then...
and i feel like me and him are getting closer even though i never see him anymore.
he talks to me on the phone at least an hour every time i call. normally though, we talk for 2 and a half hours. until our parents tell us to get off cause we're congesting the land line...
and he hates hates hates being on the phone.
it's not like he even tries to get off when i call him either. i'm pretty sure he actually likes talking to me.
a person can tell when someone doesn't like talking to them.
i don't care what you say. there is no boy who hates talking on the phone who will put up with a girl who likes him for 2 and a half hours if he doesn't like her at least a little.
this is shown even better when i say that the only subject we talked about in one of these conversations was how bored we both were.
it's hard though without him. i don't see him anymore at all. and it's only been a few weeks since he left.
i'm trying to get him to hang out with me this weekend. he's probably comin.
it will be the first time that i've seen his wonderful eyes since the movies that night...
and now i'm in science. i don't like it. miserable. it's really hard too. the teacher gives us way too much homework and it is horrible.
my life is just really boring though. so there is really nothing for me to blog about....

That's a good way of starting a relationship - talking and talking, especially on the phone. When a guy's not interested at all he wouldn't want to go throughj 1 hour on the phone with you. If you can see obvious signs that he's interested in you don't worry about making the move to call him out for a movie or stuff. It's no longer 'guys have to make the first move' in this age. Follow your heart.. God Bless :)
