It's been a while since I've posted. Thanksgiving was wonderful, having all my chicks at the house for the holiday, just the way I like. Now looking forward to Christmas. Still not finished with the shopping, decorating, baking and everything to get ready, but I am excited. I love this time of year. Family all around, the silly songs, silly old Christmas cartoons that I have watched since I was a kid. Love it all!
My daughter is so funny, she has been coming up to me everyday with a new idea of what she wants for Christmas, and last night she did the same thing. I was on the computer and she says, I think it would be a good idea if you just gave me money and then we could have "girls day out" and go shopping, that way I could get whatever I want, instead of you getting me something I don't like and having to return it. What do you think? I just laughed at her and told her she gave me another good idea. She went on to try and sell me on the idea. She's a great kid, she really is, she's a trip. She does this all the time, as if she was a sales person, trying to sell me on the idea she has at the time. And she comes up with some doosey's. The older ones really don't care what they get as long as they have good food to eat, cookies, pie, and some other goodies. Don't get me wrong, they know they are getting something, but they just don't sell it like my daughter does.
"The monster" (RSD), has been ok lately, or at least tolerable. Even though I have been busy, I haven't had that bad of flares, so that is awesome news. Can't always say that. Thank God for Him easing up on the "monster". It had me down for quite some time, there a little while back.
