I've never "blogged" before , but i used to keep a diary underneath my mattress when i was little , thankfully now i've accepted the fact that the world isnt always out to get you and you CAN talk to people about your problems .

HMM , i guess i could start off by talking about myself . LOL , I live in Surrey . No i'm not one of those skanky surrey girls . I have lived here since i was born . I am sixteen years old and from the time i was born till a month before my ninth birthday , i lived in a basement sweet with my mom ( and dad till i was four ) , with my non biological grandmother above us . My parents split up when i was four years old , and only recently have i found out that the reason for their split was that my father was cheating on my mother . The person he did this with , is now my step mother . My father and my step mother had a beautiful baby girl a year ago , named Sophie . She is the center of my world , and i would do anything i could to make her happy . I never get to see her , im to caught up in baseball and school . Not to mention my dad lives on the other side of the river . So i try and juggle her with my other commitments , it gets to be a little bit emotional not being able to watch her grow up , but now that shes getting a little bit older she knows who i am and she recognises me :)

I've been playing softball - FASTPITCH - not slowpitch, thats torture to watch , for eleven years . I have been on rep for the past four years . I am a pitcher , and i play right feild . I used to play third base , but im a generally fast runner . I had the highest batting average on my team . I may be small but im strong and fast :) I'm scared of pitching becasue i've had some not so nice encounters with a ball being slammed at my face at god knows what speed . But im working my way out of the fear  , slowly getting into the groove . I have applied for four scholarships , and so far i have gotten two . One for UBC , and one for SFU .

I have a boyfriend , I know im young . But he is one of the most important peopel in my life . He's not just somebody im in a relationship with , but hes one of my best friends . I do love him . We have had our issues . We have been together for 14 months . I'm going through a rough time right now because he left for the Phillipines for three months a couple weeks ago. But it'll all get better :)

I'm really ambitious , i am who i am . I have a lip peircing , dark brown hair , yellowish hazel eyes , and im really slim . I dont wear dresses and skirts , and i have never worn make up . I believe that you shoudl be able to accept yourself for who you are, and if you can do that , other people will accept you for who you are also .
