I am a 36 year old mom of eight finding myself in the busiest, most stressful time of my life so far. I love doing things for others, usually at the neglect of myself, but I find pride and satisfaction in that (most of the time  ). When time allows I love to soak in a warm tub with bubbles and wonderful smells. I also enjoy long walks and lots of conversation. My motto has always been "Look for the positive" because if you look hard enough you will always find it (no matter how small and insignificant at the time).
God is my reason for living and He has proven to be a faithful father and friend.

I never used to be a good,compassionate listener.....until the last few very hard years. I am learned alot about the value of listening and not trying to "fix" people. Sometimes people just need to hear "I'm sorry things are so sucky right now". I am always available to listen if you want. :-) You really aren't alone.

I am sorry life has seemed to treat you so bad (at least that is what I gather from your post) I am genuinely sorry. If you need something to be a sounding board, I would be willing. I am not here to judge or be self righteous, I am in no position to do either. :-) Everyone needs to feel heard.
