There's something I neglected to tell you, I love knitting. I've tried many different things. My first project was a scarf like everyone. However, what no one tells you is it takes hours, weeks and im my case months to do it.
I've done a few mini projects, but nothing really cool yet.
The project im now working on is squares which u sew together at the end to make a blanket.
Square One is a simple garter stitch ( the most basic stitch you can do in knitting)
This one only took me a hour or so. I found it really relaxing to knit.

I tried knitting and it was too hard for me and a friend saw me struggling with it. She taught me how to crochet and it's sooo much more easier and faster. I tend to zone out quite a bit doing that.

I love to knit, too. Mostly I knit small projects like socks and baby items. I have even had one pattern accepted by the Knitting Calendar a Day (for 2008), which was totally cool.
I am currently knitting an afghan pattern that is really cool. I'll have to post a picture on my blog.
Nice to have another knitter on the block, so to speak!
