Today was so bad..I can't describe it..it went from pain to deeper pain..I felt it hurt to think..even after m meds and two break thru meds there is no relief,sometimes like today you wonder what is in store for you around the corner.
How can I be civil, polite, respectful, when all I feel like is screw the world and the horse it rode in on..
Then there is no sleep, those meds dont break thru enough to let the dream world in.  Ahh well there are allways fantasies to take my mind away, try to distract it somewhere else.
