Posted by Merlyn on 2008-02-07 16:52:01 Rating:   At the top of a near-vertical flight of rickety stairs, no windows, no light, definitely no safety features and a lockable door at the bottom of the stairwell. I was a couple of stairs from the top when I lifted my camera high above my head and snapped this pic before I even saw the room. How many poor little souls have suffered in here?
