Hope everyone had a nice Easter! Ate way too much chocolate and stale Peeps at our house.

Thought I would post a picture of a few things that I painted last week. The Dressed Rooster is chalkware and done in the newer Decoart Americana and Delta Ceramcoat colors. Based coated first, antiqued with the lighter grey, detailed added in and coated with the JoSonja Satin Varnish. The 5.5" Belsnickle is done in my new favorite color, JoSonja Raindrop in the Potting Shed Collection. The Santa Elf is a new bisque piece added over the weekend. He is #560 on the last page of Bisque, Santas. This piece is so cool because with the addition of 2 little holes, you can make him hold a variety of stuff! If you want to order him, please let me know if you want the holes near his hands. More about the wonderful new color combinations later.

The website has been updated again. The chalkware department was divided into categories for easier navigation. A few new chalkware belsnickles, one new chalkware begging rabbit, and 2 new santas were added in bisque. Also updated and added a lot of links. Check them out when you have time to do some digging on the internet. Some interesting painting sites.

Thanks to everyone who sent emails and prayers. Will be having a little out-patient surgery on the 31st. Should be back in the studio creating a few days later!
