Simple yet thought provoking. The idea being that a good movie is something you want to take in(a big drink of) while a bad movie is dry(like popcorn) and less digestible. Also, a good movie brings things UP in the world--thus the green and thumb are up top...while the bad brings things DOWN--thus the red down bottom.
