His mind is twriling round and round, it dangerously spins,
Where will it stop nobody knows
It's seems like a game of "spinning wheels", Not a decent game because nobody wins....
He have thoughts of laughter, joy and pain and destruction....these thoughts are racing at the same time,as if competing,
His mind can only register so much activity another word for anxiety
all this spinning and racing...it seems his mind is depleting.....
He can't think clearly, therefore he can't scream for the proper help he needs,
He feels it not fair to admit all these strange thoughts to others, for whom would believe
He needs relief but it doesn't come, his mind is most kaotic ; As his poor "sinking" heart bleeds....
Surely, this is the worst state of being for sometimes his whirl of thoughts takes him to the mountain top
Only to tease and flaunt his ego, assuring him that he can somehow conquer whatever,
He becomes very angry and sad as his "mountain top" caves in, leaving him a world of depression....he thinks, how can this stop! ....
How will he come out of this spin, He can't think what to do first,
This spin has got him in a twril and a whirl
Shall he run to an endless destination, or end it all to make matters worst.....
There is help out there a small "angelic voice" - whispers to him in the night,
Reach out your hand and touch this thing called "HOPE" Before it vanishes out of sight....
If only he knew God is always there to heal those mental wounds and sores of the mind,
He might not see him right away, because he is so busy carrying him from behind.

My heart goes out to Anyone or the Love ones of individuals suffering from any type of mental illness; For what it is worth...please, my friend Recognize that there is genuine HOPE in God.
