| The Secret - Universal Delivery System- Vision Boa |
Those of you who know me, know I am a huge " Secret " girl.
I use the techniques: Upward Spiral, Vision Boards, AuthenticHappiness.org, Strength Tests ect....
I have found Vision Boards especially useful. I have my Vision Board that i created in January and many things have come true- trips, a possesion ( yes just one I am simple) and qualities.
This past weekend I spent time with YogaFit Trainers and staff. My CFO and I started talking about the Vision Boards that we keep in our heads. Maybe things that we don't want to put out on paper, especially if we are the type to post to that board in the moment frequently. I am constantly amazed at the Universal Delivery System and how it works. You can put a desire out there, but have to be prepared for it to be delivered in a way that might not be what you anticipated or though you wanted. Yet something ( or someone) gets delivered that turns out to be better than the original plan, I am not a planner by nature. and I think this is a good thing. Plans can be a hinderance to the present moment.
When I moved to L.A. I was shocked by how people changed plans on a whim, but soon got used to the pace of going with the moment. And being in the present moment is a fantastic place to be.
Live is so beautiful when you can abandon a plan and let go if something does not feel right or is too much effort spent unwisely. Then you can be open to what the moment has in store for you.
Having an intention, an agenda is great but being able to be free to wander - fantastic.......
