Tonight I will do 108 Sun Salutations in honor of the Solstice, then will do my vision board- finally.
Change is coming. Change is good. Sometimes we put things out there that we want to happen then when they manifest ( and they usually do ) we teeter on the fence, waiver at the edge of the cliff, afraid to jump, but awash in the knowledge that if we walk away without jumping - we lose so much, we stop growing, we resist our desires and stay stagnant. I too, need to keep reminding myself- if you put it out there and it manifests- chances are its for the growth of our soul ( and our business too )
The Vision board should help clarify, the salutations will create the space in which the vision becomes the reality.
Back to Earth - yesterday I spent the day in San Francisco for a political event and met the new President of the California Senate Darryl Steinberg, Formet SF mayor Willie Brown and current Mayor Gavin Newsome. Also stopped by the Yoga Journal offices and said Hello. Check out page 123/124 of the August issue - you'll see a great photo of my dog Taj and a nice article about my efforts on behalf of the four leggeds.
