Amazing thing about the Universal Delivery System, If you are connected with spirit- You ask, you get.
Today I got the answer to yesterday's blog question.
I should back up by saying I have been reading Osho since I got back from India. I had picked up Osho the books years ago but while on the trip I picked up a copy of Emotional Wellness- My CFO Amy sent me for my birthday all of his other books. I LOVE what Osho has to say- it just resonates with me on such a deep level.
Anyway I met a fabulous spirit at last years Yoga Journal Conference in Wisc. We hit it off from the get go and she came to YogaFit to Fung Shui our offices and my home. That was last June. She cleared entities from the building and worked with the entire staff individually. I have not reallly spoken to her since that time but was thinking of her while in Taiwan. She text me the very next day... s
hort version. I am now working with her by phone to do some much needed inner work on myself. Space clearing on a very deep level. Work that will clear space for better relationships and more harmony in my life. I believe that we spend most of our lives asleep unless we are really vigilant about wanting to grow. And that usualy only happens during periods of crisis - break ups, deaths, change in career ect. Our Ego does not want change, it feeds on negativity and set programs. I just found out she is a Osho disciple and channels him as well. She even has his original artwork in her house.
So we did this verbal exercise today where she spoke to me as my ego and my job was just to say " I Love You"
she got into some really deep stuff - thoughts that I have not even spoken and I just kept replying - I Love You - and I got it - we just need to send LOVE always - no matter what is coming at us. Ultimatley Love diffuses any situation if we can get our egos out of the way. Its fine to know these things mentally but do do this exercise is powrful- try it with a friend or family member - have them speak as you would or think ( as your ego ) - and you jst keep saying I Love You it is so powerful..........
Egos get us into so much trouble in this world. My goal this year is to blow mine up :) ( with Love )
