So here I am in Maui - doing a Cycle Yoga Program for the Ritz Carlton.  This is my ninth presentation of 08'
Six plane trips and three California events. Phew !  I stopped taking my Emergen-C and Juice Plus for about a week, had some emotional stress not work related
( I always seem to handle the work stress better ) and I got some crazy respiratory bug.
I worked through it last weekend in Boston, doing Level 5 , even though I was sleeping every available minute that I was not presenting.... The show must go on right ! 
So I am visualizing go home completely healthy in every way.
It is so nice to be back on a Spinner Bike !  Having a great time teaching the fitness staff and nice short 3 hour sessions. Its raining but somehow I don't care. The energy here in Maui is nuturing, healing and very fertile.
I have to thank my good friend and Yogafit Trainer /Maui Resident and Ritz Carlton Manager,  Claudia Micco for getting me here. Somehow I only end up on Maui when I am working or having a break - up :)  But its a shorter trip than India for healing ....... there is so much going on in terms of spiritual work in Maui- rebirthing, past life regressions, tantra, EMDR, bioenergetics, every kind of yoga, channeling, Hawaiin healing, every kind of massage and so much more.  I would love to spend three months in Maui and do EVERYTHING !
Anyway I feel blessed that to have Claudia in my life. Its so nice to have a friend that you may see a few times a year , yet you can share with and also just sit with in silence at a coffee house and read the paper- without feeling the need to speak.  That was our day yesterday - lunch, catch up and then just chillin at a local coffee house - reading about what's going on in Maui. Then cocktails at the bar , meeting some interesting people from the Spa Industry &  Vibing on the energy.
Tomorrow a master class for hotel guests and then we chase the sun around the island.
