new to this so bare with me....
feeling very lethargic and confused today...keep having mini panic attacks too..... maybe its all this wishing i can go to portmouth to see him, just want to wrap my arms around him and give him a massive hug. on my other shoulder though is my ex, making me feel guilty for wanting to go off and do what i want, its starting to get to me.....need to be stronger and just tell him to let me have fun while i can.

and, yeah...if he's an EX, it shouldn't be any of his business who you're hugging...
maybe you should tell him to go take a little guilt trip of his own right on down to mind-your-business-ville ;)
