If you're currently in school, or if you've ever been to school, you know what procrastination is. Everyone does it, but why do we feel the need to just put things off we know we're going to have to do later? Why do we let things build up when we know we're going to regret things later?
This happens to me so much, I can't even explain to you the number of times I've post poned a paper or project just because there were other fun things to do at the time. Then, of course I'm up until 4 a.m. the morning the project is due, cursing the teacher under my breath for "not allowing me enough time."
It's a funny thing isn't it. How we as human beings blame others for our mistakes when deep down we know it is our fault to begin with? Why is it so hard for a person to admit they're wrong when they are? I have yet to answer this question and I doubt anyone ever will, but it sure is entertaining to try and come up with an answer for it isn't it? Until next time,
Girl X
Believe in yourself... always
PS: Yes, tonight this blog is helping me put off my paper that is due in two days. :) |

I know all too well what procrastination is because that's what I'm doing this very moment.
I know I shouldn't procrastinate but I can't help it. There's is always something else to do...anything, as long as it means not having to focus on that essay or assignment.
Having said that, I think it's time I turned my attention to that essay, seeing as it's not going to write itself.
