Market today, the trouble and stress about Job market is a general syndrome, it applies to most countries in the world.
The cause of this slow down in the area is that more people are entering into the job market but less job are provided so it cant accomodate the in flux of people into the labour market. You said you have been recruiting for over 5 years now and you can honestly say that this is probably one of the worst years that you have seen, it sugests that if you plot a graph the line is droping and if care is not taken it might still keep going down as I have said earlier, that more people are into the market.
The solution is for more Job oppurtunities to be created to accommodate more people entering to the market.
Moreover, people should be trained to be self sufficient and independent to be able to create job oppurtunities so that they will be employers too. |
