I have this same problem, it sounds as though your sacrum is rotated and you could be pinching your sciatic nerve. That would be why you feel like your tail bone hurts, because your sacrum is what connects the top of you to the bottom of you, and your sciatic is a nerve that runs into your hip...

I am the same way with my poetry -when I could write with a pen and paper I can't as much anymore, Rheumatoid Arthritis is stealing that from me more every day :( Anyway, I used to write on every available scrap of paper I could find lol I lost a lot of it but I like to think that maybe someone...
