 Intro
This is my life, and I am the leading lady. I have always believed that there are two types of people in the world, the ones who write their own stories, and the ones who let life write it for them. The former, a leading lady; the latter, merely an extra. I of course am the leading lady of my story, and am plunging blindly into the fray, hoping to gain success while only accumulating a few bumps and bruises along the way. I must admit however, that life has delt me several well placed punches over the years, and I would like to believe I am stronger because of them. I read a quote once that went something like this, "Life is not measured by how many breathes you take, but by the moments that take your breath away." I love that. When I think about my life and the story that is being woven, I try not to dwell on those moments that my breathing was labored and I felt as though I was sinking into the mire. I like to think about the good times. Life is worth living because of things like Dove chocolate and beautiful spring days. And him. Lets call him john smith. I would love to say that he is my epic love, but that is simply not the case. I am invisible to him, nothing more than a lamp, and perminantly stuck in the "friend zone". This story is about him as well as me, as much as I would like to deny it.  Welcome to my life, I hope you enjoy.
