i haven't been able to come on here for awhile, we are having computer issues and can't get online at home anymore till we get a new one or fix it but its time for a new one. the only other time i can come online is at work and work has been so crazy lately. the company bought a smaller railroad and we're in the process of changing things over in the systems. its not fun!!! so much extra work.
my husband finally started a truck driving job, finally got what he wanted. i was looking online for jobs and found it actually. it was one of the very few that i saw that didn't require any experience and he called and met with the guy and was told a few days later he was hired. he left on his first trip last night. he had to be at work at 3am so he took a little nap woke up around 1am showered and left and he'll be gone for 7 days and i won't see him for two weeks actually because by the time he gets back i'll be on my vacation and i'm going out of state. i can't wait to go and i think i'll enjoy some free time and having the house to myself.
i'm crackin down when i get back from vacation though, i'm gonna go back to the gym and i've already looked into going back to school. i'm gonna go back in the spring so i have something to focus on while fi is gonna be gone. for the next year at least i'm only gonna see him coming and going for a few days at a time. i think i'll like it at first but then start to miss havin him around but i think right now its what we need or at least i know its what i need. like they say, distance makes the heart grow stronger right?
so life is good, lots of stuff goin on. i'm really excited for my vacation gonna go see the fam for a couple of days and then go see a friend i used to go to high school with and take a trip down memory lane and go back to rockport. i haven't been there in like ten years and my old house now has a white picket fence around it...ha imagine that!! we used to live near a hotel and the hotel bought it and turned it into a vacation home so i can't even go up to the door and knock and say i used to live here i was wondering if i could come in and look around. its all good though, i just wanna see it and get a picture infront of it. it will be nice i'm looking forward to it. gonna go shopping tonight when i get off work and get some stuff i need then go home and do lots of laundry and clean. 3 more days and i'm outta here!!!
