Rather deviously, terence ewing was rodgers and dandos number one mole on the cftra committee from the period 2005 until he was kicked off a year later. He feed back to rodgers and dando information about what the feds were 'up to'.

Dando has a particular hatred of two specific cftra members, who she and ewing have been complaining about incessantly to the council since 2004 in an effort to get the feds shut down. They complain
repetatively about mis-conduct by staff and management members, all the while behaving in the same corrupt manner. Virtuous they are not.

Dando and rodgers were at one time very friendly with the two cftra members dando now so detests, who initially helped casp out considerably with £15,000 funding. Dando and ewing have been relentless in their pursuit to see these two cftra members 'f**ked over' as dando so delicately describes it and ultimately got rid of.

Complaining about dishonest deeds that someone else is doing or has done whilst doing the same dishonest deeds themselves, how two-faced is that? Honesty and leading by good example isn't a concept these casp crooks are familiar with as is clearly evident.

One of the cftra members had to put in for a restraining order against ewing, and dando was able through her bent contact in the housing department to obtain private and confidential information, to use against him to sabotage his ambition of becoming a councillor in the 2006 local council elections. This is how these people operate. This is how they are allowed to operate.

“Mr ****** is a cohort and crony of ****** *******, who acts as a shadow ******* of CFTRA and is the controlling mind. Mr ******** does everything that ***** ******** tells him to do, including withholding training for anyone she disapproves of.

Mr ****** has maliciously prevented CASP members from receiving any training on courses, including computer courses provided by Happy Computers. Mr ****** in conjunction with Ms *******

Mr ****** in my view gets very jealous of anyone having training and opportunities and has done his best to prevent other tenants and especially street property tenants from receiving training.

Mr ***** is also in my view, a complete liar and is completely two faced and untrustworthy as he breaks his word and goes behind people’s backs to stab them in the back.”

CIRCULATED EMAIL FROM *****

I have received a copy of an email that has been circulated to the above

email addresses by ***** of CFTRA. In that email, **** makes malicious and totally unfounded allegations regarding myself to the effect that I am a freeloader etc. ***** also falsely states that I ordered over 30 courses at Happy Computers out of SLA rent money.

It is my view that CFTRA are a totally unsuitable organisation to be put in charge of any training on behalf of the Council, especially after what are in my opinion, ***** and ****** unprofessional involvement.

DISMISSALS FROM CFTRA

1. As a result of the various complaints that I have made against CFTRA and its Tenant Support Workers and Committee Members, I require the following to be dismissed from CFTRA as a condition of the grant of any further Council funding.

2. The first two Tenant Support Workers are professionally incompetent malicious and discriminate against tenants, and presently control the organisation as shadow directors.

3. Ms ******* is again totally unsuitable, along with ******* whom I am also informed has rent arrears with the Council, and yet is Chair of ******** ********.

4. This is of course contrary to Council policy, and I object to anyone who is in rent arrears with his tenancy with the Council to be in a position whereby he is purportedly representing tenants’ interests.

Ewing and dando send out very long and very tedious letters all over the place in their attempts to 'f**k over' their targets and it is no wonder that ewing in particular is considered vexatious by every agency who have had the mis-fortune to encounter him, including the UK Courts. Dando and rodgers use ewing as a hence man and he gets favours from them in return.

Dando also uses his name and email address to send out malicious emails. This group of left wing respect party militants seem very much united in their anarchist 'principles' of breaking every law going and causing as much distress and upset to whoever poses a threat to them or anyone the simply don't like. They have caused untold distress and harm to other camden residents and in my opinion need to be stopped and be sent back to prison where they belong.

Re: Complaint regarding CFTRA – Decisions made by ***** ******, etc.

My complaint is the following:
That CFTRA is not a ‘tenants led’ organisation but is essentially led by one person – ****** ****** , with assistance from three or four others, who essentially make all the decisions on behalf of the group. In fact, after reading much correspondence (which ****** has either drafted or prepared for the MC) one could quite credibly argue that decisions are made prior to MC meetings taking place, usually in Quinn’s public house, adjacent to the Clarence Way Estate, with I daresay expenses also being covered by the HRA. I would also argue that, not only have decisions been taken by *****, despite there being a very strong conflict of interest, but that she has also demonstrated an ability to ‘sway’ and ‘manipulate’ the view of members on issues such as the role of Patch Managers and support for borough-wide groups, etc.

It is quite clear that their role (PM’s) in the area of TP remains a contentious one and that CFTRA, particularly paid staff members, see their developing role in the area of TP as a ‘threat’. This, however, has not stopped there, but has provided a basis for staging a ‘vendetta’ style attack on these particular staff members, as well as other organisations and individuals whom they also view in a similar way. This is now evident when reading MC minutes (which are not made public, not even to the general membership), monitoring minutes and also other correspondence.

I now formally call on Camden Council to make the minutes of the CFTRA MC meetings made public. I acknowledge that they may contain material which might be deemed as ‘sensitive’ and that these items should be removed, however, where the items relate to ‘targeting’ certain groups and individuals I feel most strongly that these items should be made public. On the issue of PM’s, my personal view is that there exists both good and bad examples of how these staff members have interacted with residents to improve living conditions on their estates / areas, etc.

The same could also be said of the recent letter from CFTRA addressed to Cllr Raj Chada, Leader of the Council, regarding the development of a new TP strategy in Camden. A letter which requested that all discussions “stop” on the issue of developing a new strategy. This letter was drafted by ***** , a few days after the policy forum, and presented to the MC to sign. It was quite clear at the policy forum that CFTRA, or at least its staff members, again felt ‘threatened’ by the suggestion of any ‘change’ whatsoever, despite the request coming from a large number of Camden residents that they wish to see some changes in the way TP in Camden is delivered.

My personal view is that no attempt should be made by Camden Council to dismantle the current representative structures currently in place, however, I would argue that some work needs to be done to make these structures more inclusive of groups traditionally under-represented on these forums and, in some cases, more accountable to the tenants and residents they claim to represent.

I understand that ***** ****** Job Description has been requested by tenants on a number of occasions but that no information has been forthcoming. I also wish to raise the issue of the Service Level Agreement and the fact that such items are never raised with CFTRA’s membership, despite the organisation, or at least the Chair, receiving requests from its members to be involved, or to at least have a say or be consulted about such issues. Again, these items have been drawn up by ****** and presented to the MC for agreement instead of ‘engaging’ with the tenants and residents it claims to support. One could argue that the only time ‘members’ are consulted on such issues is when claims are made (true or untrue) that the grant funding is ‘running out’ in order to ‘stir up’ sympathy for the organisation.

Might I suggest that the organisation go back to its grass roots and start to genuinely consult its members on how its funding is spent, including members of the general public who contribute through the HRA for the delivery of the service. I have also been struck by the rather ‘overwhelming’ presence of ****** at the recent Housing Consultation Scrutiny meetings, where many of us have been forced to sit through episodes of ‘grinning’, being laughed at when questioned, moving back and forth from the table in a ‘frenzied’ manner, attempts at directing panel members, etc. I would most certainly go as far as to say that many of these actions have been designed to intimidate or at least unsettle others. In fact, one really needs to question who, in fact, has ‘elected’ ***** to speak on behalf of the entire tenants’ movement in Camden? Is ****** even a Council tenant? As you are probably aware,
I have also submitted complaints regarding the following:

Non availability of CFTRA MC minutes, despite requesting that the information be provided under the Freedom of Information Act.
The general ‘victimisation’ and ‘targeting’ of groups and individuals who do not comply with what certain individuals connected to CFTRA want, colloquially known as‘ ****** and Co’

In fact, I have now been informed by a CFTRA MC member that ****** and Co are now and I quote,” targeting certain individuals and groups at every opportunity”. I daresay this ‘threat’ complies with the Council’s Code of Conduct?

How ironic that every mis-conduct dando accuses certain members of the CFTRA of doing is what she and her casp comrades frequency participate in and more, and is by far, along with her boyfriend rodgers and ewing the most devious and malicious people I have ever encountered. I believe that dando so badly wants to be 'queen bee' that she will manipulate, intimidate, bully, and deceive in order to achieve her ambitions. Being on the 'peripherals of power' is how one execute cllr described her when warning against having anything to do with casp. Shame this execute cllr prefers to turn a blind eye then do anything to put a stop to these crooks.
