This post will comprise of the list of some of the criminal offences committed by casp committee member. For starters............
1. Wasting police time - section 5(2) Criminal Law Act 1967
(Archbold 28-224)
The offence of wasting police time is committed when a person
- causes any wasteful employment of the police by
- knowingly making to any person a false report orally or in writing tending to:
- show that an offence has been committed; or,
- give rise to apprehension for the safety of any persons or property; or,
- show that he has information material to any police inquiry.
It is a summary only offence carrying a maximum penalty of six months' imprisonment and/or a level 4 fine.
Examples of the type of conduct appropriate for a charge of wasting police time include:
- false reports that a crime has been committed, which initiates a police investigation;
- the giving of false information to the police during the course of an existing investigation.
The public interest will favour a prosecution in any one of the following circumstances:-
- police resources have been diverted for a significant period (for example 10 hours);
- a substantial cost is incurred, for example a police helicopter is used or an expensive scientific examination undertaken;
- when the false report is particularly grave or malicious;
- considerable distress is caused to a person by the report;
- the accused knew, or ought to have known, that police resources were under particular strain or diverted from a particularly serious inquiry;
- there is significant premeditation in the making of the report;
- the report is persisted in, particularly in the face of challenge.

Petra dando and david rodgers are guilty of criminal offences under the above act. Petra dando and david rodgers wilfully made false allegations on two (and more) separate occasions to camden police that they were being harassed. They were not being harassed.
On one occasion they made false allegations against a then casp committee member, who they knew to be eldlerly, disabled and severely ill. This caused him considerable distress and upset. Rodgers and dando laughingly claim to be 'a lifeline' to the elderly and vulnerable.
On another occasion false allegations were made about myself and another resident, which caused us both considerable distress and upset.
These false allegations were deliberately and maliciously made to intimidate us into being quiet about what we know about dando and rodgers.
Rodgers and Dando have both been involved in causing untold distress and harm to countless residents, and they think that they can get away with it and that their victims will simply shut up and disappear, that their abused will whimper away silently. They are manipulative and deceitful and will use any lies and means to cover up their abuses. I pity them in a way.

Introductory
1 Meaning of “drug trafficking” and “drug trafficking offence”
(1) In this Act “drug trafficking” means, subject to subsection (2) below, doing or being concerned in any of the following, whether in England and Wales or elsewhere—
(b) transporting or storing a controlled drug where possession of the drug contravenes section 5(1) of that Act or a corresponding law;
(g) acquiring, having possession of or using property in circumstances which amount to the commission of an offence under section 51 of this Act or which would amount to such an offence if it took place in England and Wales

David rodgers has at least two criminal convictions for Class A drug offences (heroin) and was still participating in this vile trade as chair of Gospel Oak DMC.
Complaints made about this to camden council and police were ignored. David rodgers was also on the committee of a group that was set up to deal with community safety issues, which has since been debunked. This drug trafficking issue is still an outstanding concern.
Rather oddly the executive member for community safety has signed a 'compact' with rodgers in relation to community safety!!!
What on earth rodgers has to do with community safety is a complete mystery other than it allows him to use this 'position' as a front and gives him access to the executive member, the chief council officer responsible for community safety and the police...... no one would ever dare say that such a person who is well 'respected' (in his own mind) and who has such 'connections' is nothing more than a evil heroin trafficker.
Rodgers and his band of like-minded reprobates like to hide behind various 'covers', take on the occasional 'good cause', wimper on endlessly about how upstanding they are, tell everyone about the various illnesses or diseases they have simply in order to gain sympathy.
They make up the most disgusting lies about other people who dare complain about them and get their comrades to back up these lies. Do I sound angry? yeap I am, I am angry that the likes of rodgers, dando, ewing and the rest of these crooks have gotten away with their abuses for so long and continue to get away with them by camden 'the listening and caring' council and camdens police force.
From observation there is a nasty conspiracy going on in camden which allows these crooks and unpleasants to go unpunished. If they aren't acknowledged by those in 'authority' in camden as being crooks and thugs then apparently they aren't.

Section
17. False Accounting
(1) Where a person dishonestly, with a view to gain for himself or another or with intent to cause loss to another,—
(a) destroys, defaces, conceals or falsifies any account or any record or document made or required for any accounting purpose; or
(b) in furnishing information for any purpose produces or makes use of any account, or any such record or document as aforesaid, which to his knowledge is or may be misleading, false or deceptive in a material particular; he shall, on conviction on indictment, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years.
(2) For purposes of this section a person who makes or concurs in making in an account or other document an entry which is or may be misleading, false or deceptive in a material particular, or who omits or concurs in omitting a material particular from an account or other document, is to be treated as falsifying the account or document.
