 The war in Iraq

First and foremost, I do not support war or the idea of it. I believe there is an easier solution that works better than killing thousands of people just to prove a point. Now with that being said, I do have the utmost respect for those who have lost their lives and those who are veterans of wars current and past. I do not approach violence with open arms. I'm not saying that i'm a pot smoking hippie, but i prefer peace over anger and violence.  I mean, yes, if it wasn't for war, the USA might still belong to England. Now, don't get me wrong. If there's one place I would like to go, it would be England to discover new cultures and eat new foods and anything I can possibly do there. The possibilities are endless. Now, for the retired veterans: you guys/gals deserve more benefits than y'all  are getting. I remember that my dad had a friend who was a retired veteran, and he was in such a bad place that he went in front of the Veterans Association and blew his brains out. I passionately believe that veterans deserve more than they are getting, in terms of benefits. I really wish the president would stop helping other countries and provide for the veterans. Anyways, back to the war issue, I believe there is a more peaceful sollution than putting a bullet in somebody's head. I know that nobody in politics is listening to me but I really wish they would so that I could get some response as to how stuff like somebody blowing their own brains out could be prevented. Make love, not war, and remember: THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHER SOLUTION!!!!!

There are wars because the banks want them. They finance both sides, bury everyone in debt, and pick up the pieces when the dust settles and the smoke clears.

War is hell. But the people who make the decisions do not fight and die in them. Instead they send our children to do that for them.
