As I said in my previous post, I lost my job and no one would hire me because of a petty theft charge on my "criminal" record. OMG. Give me a break! I had a $9.99 bracelet (PLASTIC) that I tried on because my friend thought it would be funny in an obnoxious kind of way.

Well, we purchased about $150.00 worth of clothing and all the time I had that stupid bracelet on my wrist. The cashier didn't notice it, and I forgot about it we had been there so long.

The cashier DID notice the bracelet and called the police and had me arrested!

Why didn't she scan the ugly thing, or ask me if I was going to purchase it? We just spent over $150.00! I could not believe what was happening. I was arrested and had to pay a fine and community service.

9 years later I was laid-off from my job. I went looking for a new job and discovered I had a criminal record! OMG! I thought when I paid the fine it would be over!

I found a company on the Internet,
Records Removal Services. I paid them to expunge my record and remove me from national and state criminal databases (apparently, it is easy to get into a criminal database, but hard to get out).

Well after about 3 months my name was gone from "criminal," background checks and I finally got a part-time job.  I still hate the word "criminal" being applied to me for a $9.99 bracelet.

If this happens to you I highly recommend Records Removal Services and they had a very sophisticated client services center and I could communicate with them anytime I wanted to by creating tickets and not having to call them. I also liked that Records Removal Services refuses to help people with "Kidnapping, Family Violence (battery or assault of your spouse or a child), Murder (in all subdivided forms), Polygamy, Pedophilia, Rape, Sexual Assault and Hate Crimes" offenses.

Anyway girls, if you have offences on your "criminal" record I recommend them. You can find them online at
www.recordsremoval.com. But you do have to follow the instructions they give you. I mean for $300.00 you can't expect them to do everything like an attorney would. All I know is that I no longer have a criminal record and finally found a part-time job because Records Removal Services removed my name from criminal databases and a Judge signed my expungement order!

Be sure to vote on my poll about having things removed from your criminal record.
