So two blogs in one day is a little unusual for me, even though I love writing.
My problem right now is this: why do people use these things to tell the whole world what a weirdo they happen to be? I mean, I'm totally not normal by any means, and I have my secrets. I want to keep it that way and I think other people should too. Tell me what you feel, but don't go so far as to be all emo and whiny and say "my life is a black abyss..." or shit like that. It's okay to be creative and literate and able to express yourself but seriously, get a diary for your deepest, darkest thoughts and quit trying to win the contest of who's more fucked up.
Alright, the end! Ha! I always wanted to end something like that but I never really have. It's so final, "the end." |

I think this is a perfect place to tell all the dirty lil deeds of life. What is this site really for if people cant blog about their life wheather it be good bad made up or just a boring day??????? you dont know me and i dont know you so if i want to i can say anything and if you take the time to read it and comment and try to help me or tell me im a loser than there i got what i wanted someone to listen to me. Thats all i think people really want. Why do you write in here and not in a journal only you look at? I like that its out there for real people to read and comment on. Some people just need to vent and want to be heard.

I agree with laughing_gas --- a lot of us posters just want to be heard and crave some kind of validation from strangers. I agree with you though, that oft-times those fishing for complimentspats on the backrandom expressions of concern can go too far in their quest for validation, so yeah, we get to see the desperation in their posts.
Congrats on the baby, btw! I hope your husband gets home in time for the birth of your baby.

I thank you for thinking my blogs are fun and entertaining because that why i post them to give people a smile or point of view but i too want reaction. I agree with you thought about posting really personal things but people will continue to post such blogs and want people to feel for them. I find myself skipping over them or only reading a bit and then moving on to something more interesting. Like in the future i hope to hear more about you and your bean and all the scariness and joy that is fun to me. Hope you run across a blog that makes you smile or provokes passion.

Some of them have made me smile and some have even restored my faith in the human race.
Wait, I think I might be going a little bit too far there!
My main problem is this: why can't people just be happy, enjoy the sunshine and the moments that leave you breathless? Why does life have to be some awful sturggle to so many people who really, have it so easy?

Thank you for the kind comment you left on my blog. :) Ahh, "moments that leave you breathless" --- I want one of those again...
This reminds me of this post that I commented on earlier today. It's about someone who felt that kind of breathlessness when she looked up at the heavens:

But speaking from a depressive's POV, sometimes it's hard to "just be happy" --- the low levels of serotonin in the brains makes this nearly impossible. However, when I'm having a depressive episode, I just don't have the energy to post about my pain. Besides, I really don't see the point of bringing everyone else down. So yeah, I see your point and I agree with you.
