For anyone who doesn't know my school is a little hick town 2A district where there is literally one traffic light. I'm definitely not afraid to admit I live in the boondocks like all those country songs talk about. People really do get enjoyment out of riding big green tractors [thank you Jason Aldean] and everyone really does die famous in a small town [thank you Miranda Lambert] unless you make everyone in that tiny town mad.
But anyways, when I went back to school after officially getting released from Houston I think I got a hug or a "Great to see you back Ash we missed you!" from everyone. [Talk about feeling loved :D] Well during my 2nd period speech class no one warned me of all the excitment...and ummm wildlife that was about to unravel right before my eyes. In this class there was me and one other girl and everyone else was an athlete or someone lets not say popular but well known. As soon as I sat down enough to catch my breath I got a hug from Brandon and Chase. Well in comes Daniel flipping out. He opens his backpack and pulls out this plastic jar [kinda like the ones we all have in our cabinet that holds the delicious peanut butter] that has a little bit of water..holes at the top...and a GIGANTIC FROG! [hence the reason why I'm typing this in green :D] We all figured out really fast that Daniel is deathly afraid of frogs. He told Zach to just get rid of the stupid frog as he started standing on the farthest desk in the corner of the room. Well Zach thought it would be freakin hilarious to let the frog out and scare Daniel. Me and Mrs.Dormady both got behind her desk because it was all slimy and and wet. I swear to you this frog started hoping towards Daniel! He started jumping across and on desks to get away from this frog...I never laughed so hard in my life. Finally Chase and Mrs.Dormady caught the frog and put it back in the container. By this point Daniel looked like he was about to cry and people passing by the class came in to watch to entertainment. Mrs.D finally gets all the students that aren't in her class out she goes and washes her hands [you'd think she would be mad but she was actually laughing.] at this point Chase realizes that the frog's leg is twisted up and decided to fix it....bad idea. The frog got out AGAIN!! Thank you Chase. This frog started hoping toward Daniel agian... LMAO. He was on the counter and on desks and chairs jumping over everything. It was so funny. Then Daniel decides to try to jump over Chase. [if you don't know who I'm talking about Chase is a pretty big guy. Not fat just muscular and tall.] So some how Chase has Daniel over his shoulder [hahahaha] and i'm laughing so hard that I'm holding onto Chase just so I can stand. By then Mrs. Pete the school nurse who [poor old lady..no offense] is trying to figure out what is going on. Then Mrs. D walks back in and has to hold onto the door because she is laughing so hard. Zach got the frog and Deana the only other girl in there takes to frog to Mrs. Mock [the biology teacher] to keep until after school where Deana [being the country girl that she is] can put it safely in her pond. :) How cute.
So after things settle down Mrs. D sends me and Chase to the library to work on our end of semester speeches. You wanna know the first thing we said? "OMG everyone just missed it!! Zach let a frog out in Mrs.D's room!!" Mrs. Cindy [my cheer coach and the librarian] and Mom [who was in there meeting wit Mrs.Cindy] started laughing at us. Talk about a great first day back. I Love Harleton! lol :)
