So I don't have much time this morning so I'm just gonna write about the ambulance ride :)
Ambulances…Why are they so uncomfortable??
So as soon as the ambulance arrived I got onto the stretcher and they rolled me down the hall all strapped in like a mental patient lol and they took me down to where the ambulance was. At first they asked where I was going as they were loading me in and getting everything set for the 5 hour trip [talk about uncomfortable] and I told them Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. I swear that the girl ridin in the back with me said “Houston I thought we were going to Dallas??” I was not a happy camper. It’s not like I wanted to go to Dallas and have them tell me I wasn’t suppose to be there and then o on ANOTHER uncomfortable and long ride in an ambulance. Yeah no that would really suck. So after Dad trying to call and riding in the bumpy ambulance for 5 hours we were finally in Houston. But of course the driver had no clue which entrance to go to….and there are like 20 entrances. Not to mention SWINE FLU TENTS EVERYWHERE. And you wanna know which entrance he pulled up to? The one with the BIGGEST swine flu tent. And guess who didn’t have a mask?? Yup that’s rite. Me. All I could think is “ If I don’t die from whatever I have I’m going to die of the stupid swine flu.” As they pulled me out of the back a big tall man in Tx Children’s uniform asked “Does she have swine?” of course me, the driver, and the girl who rode in the back with me said “NO!” really loud. And then they asked if I had a flu shot and we all lied and said yes. As soon as they rolled me inside the driver got yelled at for going in the wrong entrance. Haha that’s what he gets. We finally got to my room and let me tell you it was nice. :) They had some weird lady check me in and then my dad finally came in. A familiar face! 5 hours of being with strangers was enough for me especially since it was like 2 in the morning.
More Coming once i get back from Yearbook :)
