Steps to awarding the Purple Heart for PTSD:

1) Make a list of all military veterans (1776-2008)
2) Remove all non-combat veterans from list.
3) Remove all pre existing psychopathic personalities from list.
4) Present the Purple Heart to the remainder of living veterans on the list and then posthumously to the last surviving significant other of the deceased veterans on the list.


A law must be passed before step #4 to make it illegal for any relative, employee, aquaintance, business associate and/or campaign contributor of any political office holder in the United States to be involved in the manufacture or distribution of or to profit in any way from the manufacture or distribution of the Purple Heart.
