hey there. i use setraline and yeh i guess they do actually help quite alot. like, when i dont take one i can really tell the difference. i dunno, might not be the same for you but ill just give you my experience of them - for me they just really help with stopping my crazed crying outbursts and...

hahaha oh that sucks!
me and my brother have lightsaber fights all the time...except they're not really lightsabers. they're more just broom handles that we spray painted.
one of us always ends up hurt and i have many a scar from our little fights but ohwell, nothing beats a good lightsaber...

woah! that sounds like quite an adventure! its definately going to be an amazing experiance, im jealous! lol the wide open spaces and the whole 'one with nature' thing would be great; very peaceful indeed.
20-24 miles a day? wow thats alot, it would probably take me a couple of days...
