New Beginning
Ok, so I decided that I would give online blogging another shot on a completely new site where I don't know anyone and therefore writing can be something I enjoy and can do to vent instead of writing for an audience of friends.
Last Week
Last week was a nightmare for me! I have never been so sick in my entire life and being to sick to move definately didn't help the fact that I fell behind in every single class and missed three different shifts at work. Here is a little bit of advice for anyone who fall ill while living on campus (especially Ball State University), don't go to the health center. They have ungoldy waiting period in a tiny room full other sick people (perfect oppertunity to catch something else) and they are really prepared to do more than give people cough medicine and band aids. I was there three times and they didn't really do anything for me. I guess you get what you pay for and apparently $120 a year isn't enough per student to accomplish anything in making health advances or treating students appropriately for their illnesses. Oh well, I guess since I am now better except for a hacking cough that I shall live... maybe.
Today
Today, I got a rude awakening when I discovered just how far behind in every class I am. I am behind on reading in every class. I have a paper due tomorrow and I have two exams one on Thursday and one on Friday. Oh my. That's right instead of writing my paper I am writing this blog. I'm just to the point where I am so overwelmed that I simply cannot function properly or to the best of my ability. I just want to get all organized and caught up and go back to living in my tiny little bubble where I actually have time to socialized and sleep. On a side note, I didn't get to see Jason at all this past weekend and it doesn't appear he will be able to visit for the next several weekends because he has no job and no money and therefore cannot afford the four and a half hour drive to and from campus every weekend. I miss him so much even though I'm more productive where he isn't around. I know this was much of a first post, but hey I have been out of the loop for a little while. Eh... I have get my butt in gear now and actually do some work. Wish me luck!
