So I'm totally new at this whole blogging thing. To tell the truth the only reason i'm doing it is to track the weight that hopefully will be coming off very soon. My high school is putting on the musical "Chicago" in the fall and i want to have that sexy stomach and toned thighs that will give me the leading role. Last summer I was 5 feet 8 inches and 120 pounds. Now this summer comes along and I'm 5 feet 9 inches and 135 pounds. I want lose 15 pounds by the end of August so I can finally feel good about myself again. Tonight I started working out and tomorrow brings more. I will do every page that i have torn out of the magazine once a day and i will do 20 minutes of cardio each day on top of that. I will also stretch for 15 minutes. Hopefully this will mean an hour and a half or so of working out. I need to also put myself on a diet and stick to it. I will eat a bowl of cereal to start my metabolism in the morning but then it will be non-solid foods for the rest of the day (i.e yogurt, applesauce, and juice) There will not be the problem of junk food since I have eliminated that from my diet a while ago.
Well here's to me and my last day of being fat. Good bye fat jiggles. Good bye pouch. Goodbye lazy days.
