| Suicide is an individual and selfish act. Notice how the key to selfish is the word “self”. Attempted suicide can be a cry for help and real suicide is a permanent escape. It is difficult sometimes for family and friends to understand why anyone would ever do such a selfish act. Not everyone can handle the stresses of life; sometimes it takes very little to make someone lose it, while another person is much more resilient and treks on despite what ever happens. Everyone dies, but before that happens, I hope every person gets the most out of life, and that no has to die before their time. There are no easy answers about life and death, it is a journey without a map, and all we have is each other. |

| "An individual act," one may suggest. However, the mere fact that an individual feel so completely alone in a world of millions says much, as well. |
