| Journal 7 - Invective |
The exercise for chapter 7 is to write an invective or curse poem, using enough alliteration to express bitterness. I wrote about someone I used to know:

Form without the substance
A silhouette behind a screen
A whited wall, an empty vase
Not much behind that pretty face
Your anger turns your words and tears
To curses and saline
