I had the privilege of knowing an individual who saw everything with such a great outlook. In the short time I knew Stuart I can honeslty say I never saw him without a smile on his face. Not when he had an angry customer on the phone and not even the last time I saw him, when he told me he found out he had terminal cancer. He said he was ok with it and was just holding on until his wife was ready to let him go. Everytime I would see him he would greet me with a big smile. "Hey friend! How are you doing?" Thats what he would say. We would sometimes sit next to each other while we worked and he would always have stories to tell about growing up in California or about his kids. I used to love it. He reminded me so much of my step dad in that way. He would sometimes stop at his favorite bakery on the way to work and share with everyone. I went home to work so I didn't see him but when I did go in to the office I would make a point of going to say hi. He won't be there next time I go into the office, Stuart passed away this last week. I am going to miss him terribly. He was such a bright, sweet, happy man.
Goodbye Stuart
I miss you
