 zechariah 'The Prophet'
And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem:

The flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet,

Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets,

And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.

Such also shall be the plague

on the horse and the mule,

On the camel and the donkey,

And on all the cattle that will be in those camps,

So shall this plague be.

----------------Zechariah  Chaper 14 verses 12 and 15  Bible

To me this sounds like a nuclear bomb.  If you are in the proximity of a nuclear bomb when it explodes you instantly evaporate.  This will happen when all the nations gather to battle against Jerusalem.  Is that not what the enemies of the Jewish nation want to do?  To destroy this Jewish nation and wipe out the Jews for all time.  But God is going to interfere and wipe out all those nations who raise war against his holy city.  Their own nuclear bombs would be used against themselves.  What a mess.
