 Where does wisdom comes from?
Wisdom is one of the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost. This is clearily stated in I Corinthians 12:8-10.

A person can be the most knowledgeable, intelligent, the richest of them all , beautiful, popular, adored by the world, famous human being in the planet yet lack wisdom. His/hers lack of wisdom is present in all things or actions he/she does.  Is commented by those who are observant and even a simpleton can tell how this person with all these other world wanted attributes is lacking something special. What is that he might think. That would be wisdom.

Before all things wisdom was created; and prudent understanding, from eternity.
All wisdom comes from the LORD and with him it remains forever.
It is the LORD; he created her, has seen her and taken note of her.
There is but one, wise and truly awe-inspiring, seated upon his throne:
He has poured her forth upon all his works
, upon every living thing according
to his bounty; he has lavished her upon his friends.
The sand of the seashore, the drops of rain, the days of eternity: who can number these?
Heaven's height, earth's breadth, the depths of the abyss: who can explore these?

The beginning of wisdom is fear (awe or respect) of the LORD, which is
formed with the faithful in the womb.
Fullness of wisdom is fear of the LORD;
she inebriates men with her fruits.

With devoted men was she created from of old,

and with their children her beneficence abides.
Fear of the LORD is glory and splendor, gladness and a festive crown.
Fear of the LORD warms the heart, giving gladness and joy and length of days.

He who fears the LORD will have a happy end;
even on the day of his death he will be blessed.
Knowledge and full understanding she showers down;
she heightens the glory of those who possess her.
Wisdom's garland is fear of the LORD,
with blossoms of peace and perfect health.

The root of wisdom is fear of the LORD; her branches are length of days.
 Among wisdom's treasures is the paragon of prudence;
 but fear of the LORD is an abomination to the sinner.

If you desire wisdom, keep the commandments,
and the LORD will bestow her upon you;
For fear of the LORD is wisdom and culture; loyal humility is his delight.

Be not faithless to the fear of the LORD, nor approach it with duplicity of heart.
Play not the hypocrite before men; over your lips keep watch.
Exalt not yourself lest you fall and bring upon you dishonor;
For then the LORD will reveal your secrets and publicly cast you down,
Because you approached the fear of the LORD with your heart full of guile.

Notes:
The Lord is the source and preserver of wisdom. He created her (wisdom) from eternity, before all things else all his works reflect wisdom.
Wisdom is is more than knowledge. When we speak of the noun 'knowledge' we are referring to that 'thing' that someone knows or (has) like information regarding a subject, a matter.
As per say, " Your knowledge of gardening, business, mechanics, science etc. While knowledge deals more with learning, teaching, absorbing 'the know how' of subjects in contrast wisdom is the act of illumination.  For example: A person can be knowledgeable in driving a car but lacks wisdom in when to make a decision of driving a car and what to do while driving a car. Another example of wisdom in driving is: don't drink , use drugs, drive too fast for conditions, tailgate, talk on the phone and the like.

Wisdom is namely God's external revelation of himself.
Wisdom is divine; sometimes it is a synonym for God's law; it is seeing in humans. But the author of wisdom is God and come from God.
A person blessed with wisdom from the Lord, shuns unjust actions, crimes against humanity, society in general. His great respect, awe and acknowledgment of God's laws
is seeing in all he/she does. This person will show patience, self-control, preserves calm,
in all of life troubles and accomplishments.

While the sinner, or disbeliever and disrespectful hater of God and his laws, on the contrary, despises the restraints which wisdom reveal.

Wisdom does not come from man made religion.  That is hypocrisy, self-exaltation, used for manipulation to benefit one or a chosen group of people.  It purpose is not of serving God but men itself.  You can be as religious as can be yet you might never see the kingdom
of God or enter into it.
