Without wise leadership, a nation is in trouble; but with good counselors there is safety.
The good man gives wise advice, but the liar's counsel is shunned.
A prudent man foresees the difficulties ahead and prepares for them; the simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences. The wise man saves for the future, but the foolish man spends whatever he gets.
No one regardless of how shrewed or well-advised he is, can stand against the Lord.
Bible: Book of Proverbs Cp 21
