 Our fate
They who said among themselves, thinking not aright: "Brief and troublous is our lifetime. For haphazard were we born, and hereafter we shall be as though we had not been. Even our name will be forgotten in time, and no one will recall our deeds.

Neither is there any remedy for man's dying, nor is anyone known to have come back
from the nether world. For our lifetime is the passing of a shadow; and our dying
cannot be deferred because it is fixed with a seal; and no one returns.

Because the breath in our nostrils is a smoke and reason is a spark at the beating
of our hearts.  And when this is quenched, our body will be ashes and our spirit
will be poured abroad like unresisting air.

For God formed man to be imperishable; the image of his own nature he made him.
But by the envy of the devil, death entered the world, and they who are in his
possession experience it.

Notes:
The rich and the poor, pretty or ugly, smart or dumb, famous or nobodies we are all alike and  and our destination in life is the same. To born and to die. In our spiritual lives we begin.

As you know,
Nothing can seperate us from the love of God! Not even death! We have His love within us and we are called according to HIS purpose.

The things present will pass away. It will seperated from us because it must be seperated from God. We will not be seperated from God and His Son, Jesus Christ though, because of His purpose. Love the plans of God through it all!

I'm sending you a message and a request.

Hello Tara: I like this statement very much! "The things present will pass away. It will seperated from us because it must be seperated from God". Yesterday, my mailman, who is our favorite mailman for he is friendly and kind, told me his son who was 16 years old committed suicide. I learned later, that he hung himself over a girl. He also said, "He had not given me an answer yet!" Meanning God! My heart bleads for him. God have mercy on him. I pray for him.

I'm so sorry to hear about that awful decision that young man made. May God bring great peace over his house, his relatives and his friends and may they be embraced in hope.
