 Nothing you face today.....
The Chol Indians of South Mexico had a words in their language that describe the word known today as "peace", the used of the phrase "quiet heart", is one of them. Peace guards our souls and spirits against anxiety, fear, anger, strife, and many other symptoms of an unresting mind.
In order to find solace and harmony withing ourselves we must go to the source of peace. It is unnatural for the human body to be at war within. No wonder we suffer so many types of maladies, sicknesses and get into trouble with the law, at work or any place with we go with our maladjusted attitudes and behavior.

A vengeful, jealous, envious, mean spirit heart has no peace. It is always in the war path, planning, plotting its evil deeds.  Experience will tell you that what you have seen today is have been the same unresting minds of the past. Wars is always a product of taking action against your fellow brother. In self defense your brother has to take up arms against you if their lives are in danger. Look at the world today. We are at the brink of self extermination. Lack of gratitude is shown every place you go on. We seem to think the world owe us something instead of us owing the world.

Let peace be your motto. The apostle said, " be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension or understanding, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus". In other words don't worry about anything, talk to God and let him know what it is you want. He will give you a peace that is so hard to understand while you are in the middle of troubles and heartbreak. He will provide you with what you need at that very moment and your request will be heard. You don't have to worry if it will happen or not. His wisdom is incomprehensible to us humans. But he will take into consideration your request and give you an answer that will satisfy you.

Experiencing his peace is magnificent. We must lay down our useless worries if there is nothing we can do about the situation that is affecting your spirit. What is the point? Put it in the hands of the One who can do and see what happens. Don't let enemy speak fear, anxiety, anything that will bring you worries into your mind. Cast them out. When they try to come back in, saying out loud, that is NOT MY JOB TO WORRY, GOD IS IN CHARGE OF THAT!!!  In order to obtain peace we must practice peace with patience starting with our responses to personal, spiritual, body and mind attacks.

++++Dear God: I practice placing peace into my mind every moment of my day. I will tell you what my problem or need is and I will believe that you will give me an answer when you are ready. I will not try to take over solving a problem when I know that there is nothing in my power that I can do. I thank you for listening to my petition and thank you for loving me!

Peace, As long as humans roam the earth I doubt there ever be peace. I wish and pray for that but have yet see it happen. If hate were arradicated from existance then peace might stand a chance but till then this is the sick world we live in. However I do miss worrying about some stuff, I felt alive back then, now I just exist and nothing more and praying has yet to reset my brain.

smitty41: Your thoughts and comments are well received. I am kind of curious about the statement,"I do miss worrying about some stuff, I felt alive back then."?

I was mentally and physically abused as a child from the age of 6 to 13 when my mom found out the step father was molesting my sister. I had locked it away for years and years later I got into a relationship that ended up unlocking memories long forgotten. I hope it doesn't sound like a cop out because I'm not trying to do that.
The person I was before the memories came flooding back is a far far cry from who I am now and to tell the truth I really don't like who I've become. As far as worrying goes I littererally mean I worry about nothing. If I died today I wouldn't care, No I would never commit suicide even though the thoughts have entered my mind and that too is a far far cry from who I was. If you read some of my newer blogs you might get a feel for who I am. My profile pretty much describes how I use to be and I really miss that me.
