Fools say in their hearts, "There is no God." Their deeds are loathsome and corrupt; not one does what is right. The LORD looks down from heaven upon the human race, To see if even one is wise, if even one seeks God.
All have gone astray; all alike are perverse. Not one does what is right, not even one.
Will these evildoers never learn? They devour my people as they devour bread; they do not call upon the LORD.
They have good reason, then, to fear; God is with the company of the just.
They would crush the hopes of the poor, but the poor have the LORD as their refuge.
Oh, that from Zion might come the deliverance of Israel, That Jacob may rejoice, and Israel be glad when the LORD restores his people!

Notes
The world is consisting of two types of people: "the fools" and the wise". Fools all those who see evidence of a God but ignore it, They deny God in order to do their wicked deeds and believe that there would be no judgment rendered, their minds and hearts are seared, nothing good enters and or if it does stays there for long. Wisdom is far from them even though they think themselves as smart they choose to act dumb.
Others worship false Gods made by human hands. All gods that cannot even help themselves nor move about and they have to be carried. Their evil and maladjusted minds believes on the "give and give", I give to you my false God and you give to me what I asked. They offer worthless and filthy sacrifices to enhance their chances of winning their false gods favor who cannot walk, talk, nor even safe itself from destruction.
Those who believe and act according to the one true God, obey his laws. They are the ones called righteous. They practice what they preach. Love of neighbor by their many good deeds. But their faith is place on Jesus Christ the son, Father and Holy Spirit whom they worship in truth.
