Through our history we have learned of wars concerning races. We have for instant Hitler's Nazi regime who thought they could bleach out races and create a pure unmixed German race. (Please I mean no offense to our fabulous German people) The same goes for the hate groups "Aryan nation, KKK" and the likes. There seem to be a misconception of what the "chosen perfect pure race" is. At no time did the Bible suggested or wrote in it's writings that the perfect unblemished holy race was made of Gentiles. If was not. The mixing of the races back them was very limited because of the distances people had to travel. If there was any mixing it would have been from neighboring town and it still was mainly Gentiles.

When Abraham was cold by God to the the Patriarch of the Jews he was of one race, the Jewish race. Even when Moses was call by God to set the captives free out of Egypt's slavery, Moses was of one race, Jewish and so did the slaves. They only intermarry one another for they were in slavery. When God set those Israelites free it was because he already had chosen them as a pure unmixed race. That is what God wanted. He even gave Moses instructions to tell the Israelites not to intermarry an pollute his chosen Jewish race. So, the idea that any race now existing in the world is pure if ignorant not to say the list. Even the Jewish people did not listen to God and ignored his command not to mix. They polluted their own gene pull and there is no longer an unmixed Jewish race gene. So, when these hate groups pick their people because they are white, they are purposely ignoring the fact that there is no unmixed race unless you still live in an undiscovered part of the world. But with today's transportation and all kinds of scientist traveling to and and fro that would be difficult.
**********
When these matters had been concluded, the leaders approached me with this report: "Neither the Israelite laymen nor the priests nor the Levites have kept themselves aloof from the peoples of the land and their abominations (Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians, and Amorites).
Do not, then, give your daughters to their sons in marriage, and do not take their daughters for your sons.
For they have taken some of their daughters as wives for themselves and their sons, and thus they have desecrated the holy race with the peoples of the land. Furthermore, the leaders and rulers have taken a leading part in this apostasy!"

But now, O our God, what can we say after all this? For we have abandoned your commandments, which you gave through your servants the prophets: the land which you are entering to take as your possession is a land unclean with the filth of the peoples of the land, with the abominations with which they have filled it from one end to the other in their uncleanness.

shall we again violate your commandments by intermarrying with these abominable peoples? Would you not become so angered with us as to destroy us without remnant or survivor?

Bible: Ezra Chapter 9
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
My prayer:
Dear Lord forgive me for not listening to you when you have told me not to marry outside my faith. As a born again Christian I disobeyed you and marry a man who even though he believed in God his beliefs was superfical and very limited. Even though he was not a born again practicing Christian I was so impressed that a man like him will choose and fall for me. It was almost like a movie, a love romance novel, a fairy tale.

You know Lord how he ridicule the Christians and called them superstitious among other not so kind names. I was yoked by marriage unequally and of course the results was that something had to give. I gave up church and started following his way of life. It did not make me happy. I always felt something was wrong about it.

The moment I became a born again Christian I had changed. It was as if blinders have been taken off my eyes and I began seeing the world through God's eyes. I was different. No longer did I enjoy the partying, drinking and all the things the godless world provided.

I put you Lord God on a shelf and set out to please my faithless husband. I was wrong and I did wrong when it came to pleasing him by doing things that you forbade. No wonder all fell apart. God, please forgive my open defiance, my rebellion, my chosen God, and have mercy upon me. Rescue me from myself. Amen

Thanks to godless movie producers, writers in Hollywood and book authors who have been inducing a love a fair between our younger generation with all kinds a false gods and demon pets and evil well disguised entities. Now comes a new movie to our local theaters which is geared to introduce a sexy star actor who is a wolf. This is not a new thing. If you remember in our generation we had Dracula, a vampire bat, Frankenstein a walking dead, Werewolf a man that turned into a wolf during full moon. The only difference from then to now is that there was no love affair with the demonized, beast, scientist created man, while maybe the monsters fell in enchantment with the victims the end was always the same. Monster is chase, monster is caught and monster is killed. That was just Hollywood getting us ready for what was to come.

Now we have movies and TV shows plus books novels introducing a love affair with the beast, monsters, demons and walking dead. They portray their monsters, demons and beast as poor unfortunate beings deserving pity. Now wonder those impressionable females of early age start fantasizing about that unfortunate monger.

Is this a wrong and perverted message to our young females? Absolutely it is. Read the Bible and you will find that God forbids any human from having contact of any kind with beasts, the dead, and demons.

Who watches this sick evil twisted love melodrama? Who else but mostly females, 90% of these girls are always young and beginning to discover their sexuality. They are easy prey. Even now on TV we have shows that make a Vampire darn sexy awakening strange affections and the sexual awakening of young females.

Hollywood, book writers, song writers, video games creators have an immense youth following. They are programing this young generation to think false gods, relationships with demons, beast and what ever they disguise as good and innocent fun. When a young persons keeps watching those kinds of shows and reading about it in novels you know that soon enough their believe in one God who is Jehovah will go out the window.

What ever happen to the movies with good, hard working, studying young males and females. That is consider now obsolete by Hollywood because the people financing this films are indeed perverted and godless.

What is it about some people that think they can have everything they want. If they are married but want to have an affair, commit adultery, risk their health and the health of their life companion by risking STD or catching aids. Putting their spouse in an emotional roller-coaster and if there are children doing the same. Risking their marriage for a piece of flesh. The same goes for people living together, most women consider living together sort of a marriage, a commitment, while some men see it as nothing. To men and women who consider living together though is a sin of fornication, the lack of commitment will be a high flag that the marriage if in the future is not going to work. A relationship cannot work if only one person is committed to it. Don't think that marriage and children will change the other, as a matter of fact it will worsen the situation. The same thing goes with the "married living and acting single". These type of people get married but have no incline nor want to change into a full commitment. They are not willing to change their ways and devote full attention to their marital relationship. If they are party animal while dating they will be party animals afterward. If they are the kind of irresponsible with finances, never call you when going to be late, or not able to keep their dates, or tell you were they have been when they do a disappearing act don't expect them to change their ways after marriage. It takes a full !00% commitment to the relationship and the person of love interest. If you even though you have notice their ill behavior while dating or living together still go ahead and marry these self centered monster prepare yourself for a lot of lonely times, doing everything yourself and lot of disappointments and tears.

Learn from reading the Bible. In the case of King Solomon, son of David and Bathsheba. With
the royal power firmly in his grasp, Solomon allied himself by marriage with Pharaoh, king of Egypt. The daughter of Pharaoh, whom he married, he brought to the City of David, until he should finish building his palace, and the temple of the LORD, and the wall around Jerusalem.

(God had told his people previously not to marry outside their race). Here is king Solomon purposely disobeying God's command.

However, the people were sacrificing on the high places, for up to that time no temple had been built to the name of the LORD. Solomon loved the LORD, and obeyed the statutes of his father David; yet he offered sacrifice and burned incense on the high places. The king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there, because that was the most renowned high place. Upon its altar Solomon offered a thousand holocausts.

Solomon loved the Lord? How much did he loved him?

In Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream at night. God said, "Ask something of me and I will give it to you."

Solomon answered: "You have shown great favor to your servant, my father David, because he behaved faithfully toward you, with justice and an upright heart; and you have continued this great favor toward him, even today, seating a son of his on his throne.

O LORD, my God, you have made me, your servant, king to succeed my father David; but I am a mere youth, not knowing at all how to act. I serve you in the midst of the people whom you have chosen, a people so vast that it cannot be numbered or counted. Give your servant, therefore, an understanding heart to judge your people and to distinguish right from wrong. For who is able to govern this vast people of yours?"

The LORD was pleased that Solomon made this request.
So God said to him: "Because you have asked for this--not for a long life for yourself, nor for riches, nor for the life of your enemies, but for understanding so that you may know what is right, I do as you requested. I give you a heart so wise and understanding that there has never been anyone like you up to now, and after you there will come no one to equal you."
In addition, I give you what you have not asked for, such riches and glory that among kings there is not your like.

After the death of Joshua the Israelites consulted the LORD, asking, "Who shall be first among us to attack the Canaanites and to do battle with them?"
The LORD answered, "Judah shall attack: I have delivered the land into his power."
Judah then said to his brother Simeon, "Come up with me into the territory allotted to me, and let us engage the Canaanites in battle. I will likewise accompany you into the territory allotted to you." So Simeon went with him.

When the forces of Judah attacked, the LORD delivered the Canaanites and Perizzites into their power, and they slew ten thousand of them in Bezek.
It was in Bezek that they came upon Adonibezek and fought against him. When they defeated the Canaanites and Perizzites, Adonibezek fled. They set out in pursuit, and when they caught him, cut off his thumbs and his big toes. At this Adonibezek said, "Seventy kings, with their thumbs and big toes cut off, used to pick up scraps under my table. As I have done, so has God repaid me." He was brought to Jerusalem, and there he died.

(The Judahites fought against Jerusalem and captured it, putting it to the sword; then they destroyed the city by fire.) Afterward the Judahites went down to fight against the Canaanites who lived in the mountain region, in the Negeb, and in the foothills.
Judah also marched against the Canaanites who dwelt in Hebron, which was formerly called Kiriath-arba, and defeated Sheshai, Ahiman and Talmai.
From there they marched against the inhabitants of Debir, which was formerly called Kiriath-sepher.
And Caleb said, "I will give my daughter Achsah in marriage to the one who attacks Kiriath-sepher and captures it."
Othniel, son of Caleb's younger brother Kenaz, captured it; so Caleb gave him his daughter Achsah in marriage.
On the day of her marriage to Othniel she induced him to ask her father for some land. Then, as she alighted from the ass, Caleb asked her, "What is troubling you?"
Give me an additional gift," she answered. "Since you have assigned land in the Negeb to me, give me also pools of water." So Caleb gave her the upper and the lower pool.

The descendants of the Kenite, Moses' father-in-law, came up with the Judahites from the city of palms to the desert at Arad (which is in the Negeb). But they later left and settled among the Amalekites.

Judah then went with his brother Simeon, and they defeated the Canaanites who dwelt in Zephath. After having doomed the city to destruction, they renamed it Hormah. Judah, however, did not occupy Gaza with its territory, Ashkelon with its territory, or Ekron with its territory.

Since the LORD was with Judah, he gained possession of the mountain region. Yet he could not dislodge those who lived on the plain, because they had iron chariots. As Moses had commanded, Hebron was given to Caleb, who then drove from it the three sons of Anak.

The Benjaminites did not dislodge the Jebusites who dwelt in Jerusalem, with the result that the Jebusites live in Jerusalem beside the Benjaminites to the present day. The house of Joseph, too, marched up against Bethel, and the LORD was with them. The house of Joseph had a reconnaissance made of Bethel, which formerly was called Luz.

The scouts saw a man coming out of the city and said to him, "Show us a way into the city, and we will spare you." He showed them a way into the city, which they then put to the sword; but they let the man and his whole clan go free. He then went to the land of the Hittites, where he built a city and called it Luz, as it is still called.

Manasseh did not take possession of Beth-shean with its towns or of Taanach with its towns. Neither did he dislodge the inhabitants of Dor and its towns, those of Ibleam and its towns, or those of Megiddo and its towns. The Canaanites kept their hold in this district.

When the Israelites grew stronger, they impressed the Canaanites as laborers, but did not drive them out. Similarly, the Ephraimites did not drive out the Canaanites living in Gezer, and so the Canaanites live in Gezer in their midst. Zebulun did not dislodge the inhabitants of Kitron or those of Nahalol; the Canaanites live among them, but have become forced laborers.
Nor did Asher drive out the inhabitants of Acco or those of Sidon, or take possession of Mahaleb, Achzib, Helbah, Aphik or Rehob.

The Asherites live among the Canaanite natives of the land, whom they have not dislodged.
Naphtali did not drive out the inhabitants of Beth-shemesh or those of Beth-anath, and so they live among the Canaanite natives of the land. However, the inhabitants of Beth-shemesh and Beth-anath have become forced laborers for them. The Amorites hemmed in the Danites in the mountain region, not permitting them to go down into the plain. The Amorites had a firm hold in Harheres, Aijalon and Shaalbim, but as the house of Joseph gained the upper hand, they were impressed as laborers. The territory of the Amorites extended from the Akrabbim pass to Sela and beyond.
Bible: Judges: Chapter 1
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Notes: In this chapter you read the summarized events most of which occurred shortly after the death of Joshua. Perhaps because they were planned and inaugurated by him, they are also attributed to him in the last half of the preceding book (Joshua 14-22).

Moses' father-in-law: Reuel; cf Numbers 10:29-32 and note. City of palms: Jericho (cf Deut 34:3), or a town in the Negeb.

According to Joshua 18:16, Jerusalem was assigned to the tribe of Benjamin. But it was not actually taken from the Jebusites until David captured it (2 Sam 5:6-9) and made it his capital, outside the tribal organization.

The title of Judges found in the Bible comes from the twelve heroes of Israel whose deeds are recorded. These men were military leaders sent by God and not magistrates. They aided his people in times of external danger. These Judges intervine for his people between the death of Joshua and the institution of the monarchy in Israel.

These men numbered Six, Othniel, Ehud, Barak, Gideon, Jephthah and Samson. These twelve judges, one judge for every tribe of Israel, exercised their authority, a tribe or tribes of Israel, but never over the entire nation.

You will also find other judges called the "Minor Judges. They were two of them whose judgeships are described in 1 Samuel-Eli and Samuel. they ruled the entire nation of Israel before the institution of the monarchy. In the book of Judges you will find that Israel's fortunes depended upon the obedience or disobedience of the people to God's law. Opression by pagan nations was the result when they rebelled against God and willfuly ignored God's laws. As his people repented, God will raised up judges to deliver them (cf Judges 2:10-23).

Accounts of occurrence were either written or orally transmitted shortly after the events. Later they were skillfully unified some time during the Israelite monarchy.
Stories of the Judges (Judges 3:7-16:31)
The Tribes of Dan and Benjamin in the Days of the Judges (Judges 17:1-21:25)

There is no place on earth that has a population or a batch of its own human inhabitants that you can visit, go to live and find no human made or divine laws. You can flaunt them, ignored them at your own peril. Ask families of those people who were caught bringing in drugs, drugs possessionor purchasing drugs how these foreigners were treated. Some of them were put to death or given a jail sentence regardless of their country of origin.

Laws are written in human beings hearts by God himself. We all know what is good and what is bad, things we should do and not do. Is by intuition that we hear this voices within our own spirits. We might choose to ignore them or listen to them, but they are there. Unless you have been born with some kind of mental disorder that will leave you helpless to reason we are accountable.

The Bible says:
Are you unaware, brothers (for I am speaking to people who know the law), that the law has jurisdiction over one as long as one lives?
Thus a married woman is bound by law to her living husband; but if her husband dies, she is released from the law in respect to her husband. Consequently, while her husband is alive she will be called an adulteress if she consorts with another man. But if her husband dies she is free from that law, and she is not an adulteress if she consorts with another man.)
*******
(If not adultery if both are unmarried, meaning single never married or single by death of spouse. That law applies to men and women alike. If either of them consorts with other married people even though their spouses are deceased is still adultery.)
*******
In the same way, my brothers, you also were put to death to the law through the body of Christ, so that you might belong to another, to the one who was raised from the dead in order that we might bear fruit for God. But now we are released from the law, dead to what held us captive, so that we may serve in the newness of the spirit and not under the obsolete letter.

For when we were in the flesh, our sinful passions, awakened by the law, worked in our members to bear fruit for death. Apart from the law sin is dead.

What then can we say? That the law is sin? Of course not! Yet I did not know sin except through the law, and I did not know what it is to covet except that the law said, "You shall not covet."
But sin, finding an opportunity in the commandment, produced in me every kind of covetousness. I once lived outside the law, but when the commandment came, sin became alive; then I died, and the commandment that was for life turned out to be death for me.

So then the law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good. For sin, seizing an opportunity in the commandment, deceived me and through it put me to death.

Did the good, then, become death for me? Of course not! Sin, in order that it might be shown to be sin, worked death in me through the good, so that sin might become sinful beyond measure through the commandment.

We know that the law is spiritual; but I am carnal, sold into slavery to sin.
What I do, I do not understand. For I do not do what I want, but I do what I hate.
Now if I do what I do not want, I concur that the law is good.
So now it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me.
For I know that good does not dwell in me, that is, in my flesh. The willing is ready at hand, but doing the good is not.
For I do not do the good I want, but I do the evil I do not want.

Now if (I) do what I do not want, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me.
So, then, I discover the principle that when I want to do right, evil is at hand.
For I take delight in the law of God, in my inner self,
but I see in my members another principle at war with the law of my mind, taking me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members.

Miserable one that I am! Who will deliver me from this mortal body?
Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Therefore, I myself, with my mind, serve the law of God but, with my flesh, the law of sin.

Bible: Romans Chapter 7
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Notes:
Laws, a system of ideas, beliefs put into action and followed by the populace. Violation merits punishment. Laws of God shines its moral goodness unto sin and exposes it. It also depicts the constant struggles of human beings Christian and not that try to live by the law of goodness and freedom. Following the law on itself will not give you entrance into the kingdom of God for you are purposely living the author of that redemption. Law comes into your heart when you accept Jesus Christ as the only son of God, and you repent of your sins by accepting the precious blood of Christ as payment for them.

In these verses the apostle Paul reflects on the fact that Christians have a different understanding of the law because of their faith in Christ. Law binds the living, not the dead.

Christians who through baptism died with Christ to sin (cf Romans 6:2-4) are freed from the law that occasioned transgressions and produced death.
Now that Christians are joined to Christ, the power of Christ's resurrection makes it possible for them to bear the fruit of newness of life for God.

There is disastrous consequences when a Christian reintroduces the law as a means to attain the objective of holiness pronounced in Romans 6:22.

In his apostleship Paul defends himself against the charge of identifying the law with sin. Sin does not exist in law but in human beings, whose sinful inclinations are not overcome by the proclamation of law.

Human beings are unable to free themselves from the slavery of sin and the power of death, Only God through the death of Jesus Christ can rescued a sinner from the penalty of sin.

For when we were in the flesh, our sinful passions, awakened by the law, worked in our members to bear fruit for death.

Promiscuity

When talking about promiscuity two main things come to my mind. A promiscuous person can be either male or female. However when is males is more acceptable in our modern society but when is a female she is labeled with fowl names when things can be farther than the truth. A male promiscuity is as bad as a female. What ever sexual things you do with your body and with another person person those things are personal and against your own individual spirit.

There are reasons why some girls start becoming very promiscuous at an early age. One is parental sexual abuse, the other one is lack of parental non sexual love. A girl that lacks parental family love will confuse promiscuity with affection. In her mind she uses sex to compensate for the deep lack of affection she has needed all her life from her parents. Perhaps parents were icy, uncaring, to strict, demanding and vengeful or they just simply ignored her.

The human spirit needs love to survive and be well balance. On the other hand if the girl has been sexually abuse by any of there parents she will have become aware of things that are so improper and unacceptable in her young mind. The message is wrong, her innocence has been repulsively shattered. Feelings of guilt and shame can run very deep on children of sexual abuse by parents or any other family member. It my mind it raises the question of culpability.

As the child gets older those feeling of shame, guilt, for whatever reason, if they have not been dealt with and the abuse continues will drive the abused child to accept sexual encounters with others outside of her home as nothing. Not completely aware of the driven force this unfortunate person will continue downward spiral into a life of ill behavior that can ultimately end with mental problems, drugs and alcohol abuse, STD, unwanted pregnancies all kinds of hells. The psychological damage may cause her become aggressive and passive at the same time. They will be times when she will fly of into a rage without no real reason or for insignificant incidents. Experiencing those kinds of symptoms is very similar with boys who had been abused. Their sexuality has been damaged, no longer can they distinguish what is right and what is wrong in dealing with the opposite sex. If this abuse has been going on for a long time and the culprit put behind bars where they cannot harm the child any longer, plus the child have received proper professional psychiatric help, the child will grow up with negative feelings that can be expressed aggressively against the opposite sex at any given time. This type of aggression can be date rape, kidnapping rape, physical battery, verbal and psychological abuse and many other vicious aggressions.

Most of the time the person has no idea that their attitudes of aggression come from their victimization as a child. It is a horrendous and terrible sin perpetrated on an innocent child to force, seduce and use child for their own disgusting sexual gratifications. There is also the possibility that the perpetrator was abuse as a child and it is only repeating the learned behavior of his tormentor. Is an intolerable situation to put a child through and feeling, emotions will definitely come to surface one day and after that it will be impossible to control with drugs, alcohol, or a life of sexual crimes and wanton abandoness because the rage a person feels for been victimized and seeing their tormentors going on without punishment will create a great conflict within. What is the poor child's defense? Tell, people say, and that is right, but the child my feel scared that no one will believe what has happened, or that the parent or other perpetrator might kill him/her as they have promised, braking up the family, loosing the love as sick at it is from their parents and many other reasons that creates a living hell in the mind and spirit of the child.

So, when I think of all these things and how much great sinning has been done against children I hold my judgment in check when it comes to prostitutes or any person who uses sex in the wrong way that God intended it to be use. In a marriage and committed monogamous relations. Sex is one of God's beautiful gifts to the human race but it has been perverted outside of marriage and use to destroy other persons.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
God blessed the human creation above other of his creations by giving them a different sexual need and fulfillment. Procreation is the reasons for other created creatures. But for humans is more than just joining of two bodies for procreation. Sex was made for precreation, pleasure of two people male and female in a marriage committed relationship and the union of two spirits. That is why it says in the Bible, "And the two shall become one", Bible: Corinthians 6: 15-20. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body.
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?
You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."

God addressed this strong sexual desire of male and female humans in the writings of Paul in 1Corinthians 7:2-5.

"But since there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband. The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control."

Sexual Prohibitions
1) Adultery
In the New Testament anyone married: "Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral" (Hebrews 13:4).

2) Consensual sex outside of marriage is called fornication.
It is clear in the New Testament that God expected sex to take place only in the boundaries of marriage. (1Corinthians 7:2-5) Anyone guilty of sexual sin-called fornication and or sexual immorality in others-would suffer spiritual death unless they repent and ask God for forgiveness. (Galatians 5:19-21)

3) Bestiality
Any person, male or female, who participated in sexual activity with any animal was to be put to death under the Old Testament law (Lev. 20:15, 16).

4) Homosexuality
God strongly condemns sexual relations with a person of the same gender in the Old Testament (Lev. 18:22-penalized by death, Lev. 20:13). He condemns it just as strongly in the New Testament (Romans 1:24-28-penalized by spiritual death, Rom. 1:27, 6:23)

5) Harm the body
While this isn't specifically mentioned as I will describe it, the principle applies to anything that affects a person's body. In 1Corinthians 6:19, 20 Paul wrote for us, "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your body." While our spirits belong to God, so does our body.

6) Incest
God strongly condemned sexual relations with a "close relative." Relatives listed include:
Mother (Leviticus 18:7) Father's wife-stepmother (Lev. 18:8-under penalty of death, Lev. 20:11)Sister, half-sister, or stepsister (Lev. 18:9, 11-penalized by being cut off from the people, Lev. 20:17) Grandchild (Lev. 18:10) Aunt (Lev. 18:12, 13, 14, Lev. 20:19) Daughter-in-law (Lev. 18:15) Sister-in-law (Lev. 18:16) Daughter or granddaughter of woman one had sex with (Lev. 18:17 20:14)

7) Lust
In the Old Testament God phrased it this way, "You shall not covet your neighbor's wife." (Exodus 20:17) In the New Testament Jesus said it like this, 'Do not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart" (Matthew 5:27-28).

8) Prostitution
God stated He detests prostitution. (Deut. 23:17-18) In the New Testament He said through Paul, "Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!" (1Corinthians 6:15)

9) Rape
If a man raped a single, unengaged woman, he was not put to death. The penalty was to marry her with no possibility of divorce, ever. (Deut. 22:28-29)

10) Sex during menstrual period
A basic principle of Scripture is "the life of a creature is in the blood." (Lev. 17:11) Therefore, blood is always treated as holy--even in the New Testament (Acts 15:29).

Pehaps this law was given primarily for health reasons-the people of the Old Testament were lacking our modern hygiene, medicines and even causing the wife more pain and harm to her body if she is prone to having menstrual cramping, fatigue and the many temporary ailments women suffer monthly. We should respect God's feelings on this.

Old feelings

Old feelings, painful, negative, destructive, thought they were gone but they are not. They rear their ugly heads at times when we are trying to go to sleep, caught in a crisis, on the job, even when taking a shower. Why do they come back to hunt us? Why can't I wipe them out of my consciousness and subconscious for good? What makes them come back to hunt me and deprive me of rest? Some will say is because we have not death with them and brought them out in the light. That could be true. But what if you already dealt with them, confessed them to God, repented if need be, told your analyst, cried and raged over them. Yet, they still surface back to hunt us. What has been negated, denied about this feelings? Did we leave something out that still gives them life?

Old feelings like everything that happens in our lives are store in the file cabinet of our minds. In order to purge, get rid, cast them into the trash, we have to pull those memory files and look inside them. Read what they are. Just glancing at them then discarding will not do it. A copy will stay in the file. We actually have to search the file cabinet, pull the original file, copies, and cross references, all that has to do with those feelings must come out and placed on the table to read and make decisions. What can I discard as nonsense, what can I accept as truth, what can I deal with and study then accept or reject my part in it. If it was as a child that these feelings develop then responsibility lies else where. Who was the culprit? But it if was after you had awaken to sin, knowledge of good and evil then you must try to remember the entire episode. Don't leave anything out, no matter how insignificant it is. When you have all the facts, you are sure that you are disclosing all the details pros's and con's. Your guilt if any, then is time to take it apart and in truth understand, judge and delete.

Our predictable pattens of behavior is avoidance. Even if time has elapsed we do not want to remember consciously what happened to cause those terrible unhappy and destructive feelings. So we ignored them, grow numb around them, suppressed them. But they just piled up. Everyday problems with jobs, children, spouses, single parenting, health, any thing and everything that can cause you stress will get mixed with the old negative painful feelings we tried so hard to forget. We get upset, and we don't know why? Is not that big of a deal!

Our attitudes change in a moments notice. We loose patience in conflicts, relationships, feel trapped and unable to escape even though we try all kinds of avenues, sex, drugs, alcohol, making money, becoming slaves of materialism, name hunting, all kinds of things to make us into a person we want to be that we are not in nature. You might achieve the zenith of your career, have fame, beauty, money all the things the world judges as accomplishments. But sooner or later that euphoria will gradually disappear. Yet inside you are still an empty parking lot.

You tried to reinvent yourself. Now you get a divorce, plastic surgery, new boobs and nose job, loose weight until you are so thing you can pass under the door, change your looks, new wardrobe, new love mate, you go back to school and get more degrees or change careers. And yet nothing clicks in your inner spirit. You are looking for a way out the room of painful memories and feelings in the dark, searching for the door knob and can't find it, until you turn on the light. The real you is still buried under mountains of debris that life dumps on us or that we accumulate like a pack rat.

Times passes by and we age, our beauty diminishes, our bodies are dying and we yet have not dealt with what is killing our spirit from within. I myself have found that out. I have to admit that even though as hard as I have tried I have a problem with certain feelings. Guilt is one of them. Was I responsible? In one way I was but it was the responsibility of two in a marriage not one, mainly me. Why did I let the mate get away with ignoring his responsibility in the matter. NO! that is wrong. We were both responsible even if he would not accept, admit or partake, it did not make a difference the truth is the truth.

But Satan is not going to let me forget so easily. He will send his fiery darts to disturb me, and if I let them take hold an hit the mark it will consume me. I have confessed, ask for forgiveness, done my study up period, trash what was not mine and accepted the errors in my part. I cannot let Satan put a guilt trip on me by bombarding me with negative painful thoughts of what happened. I decided to trash it, give it to God, put it under the cross of Jesus and let it be covered by his blood.

I was wrong, I am human, I did not know at the time that my actions which I considered good and innocent will take me down a road of guilt over someone else evil advantage of my ignorance. How was I suppose to know? If I had known about the nature of this beast I have never been near it. I had no idea that what happened was going to happen. I was not aware of any wrong doings of that beast.

I have asked God to forgive me and release me of that undeserved guilt. For it says in the Bible there is no condemnation those who confessed, repent, accept Jesus Christ as the son of God and his death for my sins. I seek his face and I must remember the past is at the bottom of the sea where all my sins are laid to rest. I am a new creation.

The LORD said to Moses, "Send men to reconnoiter the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the Israelites. You shall send one man from each ancestral tribe, all of them princes."
In sending them to reconnoiter the land of Canaan, Moses said to them, "Go up here in the Negeb, up into the highlands, and see what kind of land it is. Are the people living there strong or weak, few or many? Is the country in which they live good or bad? Are the towns in which they dwell open or fortified? Is the soil fertile or barren, wooded or clear? And do your best to get some of the fruit of the land."

So they went up and reconnoitered the land from the desert of Zin as far as where Rehob adjoins Labo of Hamath. They also reached the Wadi Eshcol, where they cut down a branch with a single cluster of grapes on it, which two of them carried on a pole, as well as some pomegranates and figs.

After reconnoitering the land for forty days they returned,

They met Moses and Aaron and the whole community of the Israelites in the desert of Paran at Kadesh, made a report to them all, and showed them the fruit of the country.

Our modern society here in the U.S.A. is composed of multiples laws. Early in the birth of our now known nation as "United States of America" men of wisdom, political savvy and honor gather to bring us laws of protection to each citizen. Those meetings gave birth to the Constitution of the United Stated. These laws were meant to protect our rights to seek life, liberty, property and happiness. Some these laws are found in the Judeo Christian Bible, Ten Commandments given to Moses at the mountain of Sinai. God even put his laws in the hearts of each men. Meaning the knowledge of what is right and wrong against people, animals, land, fish, all creation. Even those who never heard of God and the Bible upheld laws because it is dictated by their hearts and conscience. Yet, of course there are those who ignore those laws and abide by the laws of self interest. Which means I will do what I want to do regardless of consequences or whom ever is hurt in the process. Sort of a " the end justify the means" as long as I win.

Some skeptics will argue that our constitution have nothing to do with God's laws and the Bible Ten commandments claiming that even the Roman pagan government also instituted certain amount of similar laws like murder, stealing and other of their laws were ground for punishment for Roman Citizens it could have been fines, jail or even death but that was very hard to come about since their laws protecting citizenship was so fiercely protected. But roman laws were bias. Mostly severe death punishment by crucifixions was reserved for slaves and non-citizens. To attack, cause serious harm or death to a Roman citizen will bring death for sure to anyone who was not a Roman citizen. They also considered themselves free to murder any persons non-Roman of course, in their games of blood thirsty sports such as gladiators, Christians, slaves, women, children, old people and others non Romans. This public entertainment was freely provided by the Roman government for its citizens. It was an evil, sick empire.

Keep in mind that most of the men who wrote and establish our American constitution in order to form a new form of government were political scholars, well educated, some came from wealthy families. They also had in mind how much power to give the new government. Many were concern with governments of ancient times performances including their own government enforcement in Europe.

These men truly wanted to create a free, law abiding society with a government that was strong and powerful and at the same time would not infringe upon the rights of their citizens nor each state individual state power. Each individual citizen was highly thought of concerning their rights to "pursue of liberty, property, life and happiness".

In Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution, there are three key individual rights that are protected:
(Read it in the USA Constitution)

Even though the "The Bill of Rights", recognized as the first ten amendments to the Constitution which lists rights of individuals was not included in the Constitution at the that time because these men felt there was no legality in any power infringement upon any individual rights that was legal since there was no power to infringe granted under the Constitution. But of course that did not fly high with many citizens and these people argue and fought to have the "Bill of Rights" added to the Constitution and they won. But we should all make the distinction in carefully reading and understanding what the "Bill of Right (IS and what is NOT). This Bill does NOT grant people the listed rights. Only guarantees that the peoples rights will not be infringed by the government.

It is the responsibility of any individual citizen or not to upheld and respect USA laws. Citizens are responsible to serve as an impartial juror when called.
We must serve in the armed forces when called.
Persons over 18 years of age should vote in a public election. Failure to do so is not wise.

So, if men see fit to pass laws that must be obeyed by people why should there be such a ruckus concerning God's laws which are supremely above mankind laws. God is the supreme authority above all other authority. Open rebellion against a righteous authority needs to be dealt with and not ignored. To do so will invite more rebellion and all kinds of evil will result from it. Gods set of rules or commandments are for our own benefit. For the pursue of life, liberty, property and happiness. He new that we will have a rebellious heart because of the sin of Adam and Eve. We are born rebellious.

Each time we sin is rebellion against God and his laws. We dishonor our Lord by the way we act, think, talk, and bring about wrong doings to each other or any of his creations. What is at stake if God let everybody do as they please and not enforced his laws? There will be anarchy.

If you read in the Bible Numbers Chapter 25

While Israel was living at Shittim, the people degraded themselves by having illicit relations with the Moabite women. These then invited the people to the sacrifices of their god, and the people ate of the sacrifices and worshiped their god. When Israel thus submitted to the rites of Baal of Peor, the LORD'S anger flared up against Israel, and he said to Moses, "Gather all the leaders of the people, and hold a public execution of the guilty ones before the LORD, that his blazing wrath may be turned away from Israel."

So Moses told the Israelite judges, "Each of you shall kill those of his men who have submitted to the rites of Baal of Peor."

Yet a certain Israelite came and brought in a Midianite woman to his clansmen in the view of Moses and of the whole Israelite community, while they were weeping at the entrance of the meeting tent.
(Who were these Midianites?
Midianite woman: In that time the Midianites were leagued with the Moabites in opposing Israel; cf Numbers 22:4, 7.

They were weeping: on account of the plague that had struck them; cf Numbers 25:8.

As you can see by these verses, first they were going to out to meet with them and they ate of the sacrifices, and even worship the false god Baal. Then this man brought one of the Midian women into the camp disregarding Moses and the other law abiding Israelites and insulting God to his face)

These people willfully violated the first of God Ten Commandments, "Though shall have no other God before me and the idolatry of worshiping false gods. Their openly sinfulness invited open rebellion to others to do as they did. These acts made our Lord God who had rescue these Israelites from bondage in Egypt and saved their lives, provided for their needs of food and water, and yet this is what some of the Israelites did. God's anger was more than justified. This was high treason. God's honor had been grievously insulted.

What would you have done? Cast them out into the desert? No? Why? Let them stay and continue their shameful and sinning ways while living in the camp with other Israelites? No? why? Have a talk with them and put them in jail sort of? No? Why not?

God gave Ten commandments to follow and obey. The seventh day of the week was ordained as the Sabbath at Creation by God's after he finish his work of creation. This day was so important that Jesus reinforced the Fourth Commandment when he said, "The Sabbath was made for man" (Mark 2:27). What he was saying that the Sabbath was God's gift for mankind and it was a blessing for his benefit. It was not to be considered a legal hard to keep day full of rules or legalism making the Sabbath a dreadful day. It was a simple gift of rest and meditation between mankind and his creator, a day of joy. This day was so important to God that he chose to place it and make it the fourth commandment.

Take a moment and think. You have been doing an incredible time consuming and laborious work for days on end. Finally you are finished. What is the next thing you want to do the very next day? You want to rest and regain your strength so is natural that you take the next day off. So, God did this and he made the seventh day holy. Not only for the Jews but for every single created person in the world from the day Moses got it written in the stone tablets by the very finger of God till today over two thousands years later. God gave his laws to Moses on the mountain. They were written in stone, which meant that they were to be followed and kept forever.

Even after Moses broke up the first commandment tablets when he became furious after seeing what the exodus multitude were doing and how even though they witness all the power and might of the Lord to free them from bondage in Egypt and give to them a land of milk and honey, these people, when they saw that Moses delayed took it upon themselves to make an idol, a golden image of a calf. An Egyptian idol. In his rage against the sin idolatry and other sinful disgusting behavior of these people he broke the sacred tablets. Moses have to go back up the mountain for new commandment tablets.

They are ten commandments written in stone by the very finger of God. Never did God intent to add, change, delete or alter in any form shape nor manner his laws. The second tablets were identical to the first regarding the ten commandments and that they were also carved in stone. God created the world in six days and rested on the seven day. Is a reminder that we need to take a day off to fellowship with our creator. We are not supposed to do work on the Sabbath. Like catching up with what we were not able to do during the week and ignored God commandment. That six day that God blessed and made holy is to be a day to spend with the Lord our God.

The Sabbath is not on Sunday but on Friday evening to Saturday evening. Sunday is the first day of the week not Monday. God's commanded in his sacred tablet, "Remember to keep the Sabbath Holy". He did not say or wrote this is for the Jews only. Six days shall you work but the seventh day is a day of rest. What is rest? Rest is the absence of any physical or mental work. Since that what it is by laying still you will then meditate on God and his goodness and laws. You will feed your spirit.

It did not change then and it has not change now after two thousand years. God does not change he is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. He is not like men changing his mind when it suits him. If that was the case we all would be in big trouble. The Sabbath was given to the Jews first to keep and observed and some of the Jews have done their share. But it was also given to all mankind to observe. The Sabbath begins Friday at sun down and end Saturday at sundown. This fourth commandment is for our benefit. God knew what working 24/7x365 will do to the human spirit and body. He knew that only the pious and fully committed to God will remember to honor him and thank him through fellowship with him. He knows our heart, how some people will ignored Him and seldom pray and seek his face until they are in trouble and need help that no mankind can give.

Men intervene and changed the day. The day was changed by the pressure of emperor of Rome named Constantine. Why? Because the anti-Jewish bias at the time in the Roman Empire. The Roman church wanted to be in good relationship with Roman political leaders. When did it change? By doing this they moved away from the true following of the gospel. They mixed the gospel with the pagan Roman ways and traditions. Observing the Sabbath on another day like the very first day of the week, known as Sunday it gave them more footing with Rome. But Sunday was a pagan day to another pagan God in Rome. It was ancient Rome paganism "day of the Sun" was then sacred to their Sun-god. Not only did the young church in Rome abolished the correct and God given day of rest but they ignored the commandment of idolatry. "That should have no other Gods before me".

When did it change? During the council of Laodicea in 364 CE under the influence of Pagan Emperor Constantine who at that time was not a Christian.

What I found hard to believe that all the churches Catholic and protestant, with the exception of the Seventh Day Adventist, have accepted this Sunday worship day and have broken the fourth by ignoring it and make it void. They have made it a church tradition to suit themselves.

The Power of Denial

When a person is not able to cope with a situation they find life or sanity threatening they gravitate towards denial. Denial can be use as a self protection device at the moment of impact such as death of a loved one, personal attacked, sexual abuse or trauma, self caused auto accident, drugs, alcohol, anything that you did or was done to you that can cause you severe pain and or make you feel vulnerable. It could be such a traumatic even during childhood years that to remember or face it only during a professional doctors visit will drive you into a full blown panic attack or emotional breakdown.

Denial comes in different forms, you can force yourself to reject or accept something that deeply marked your inner spirit. By making that something acceptable I mean you take up the blame by rationalizing that you had something to do with what happened to you during childhood or later in life, when in reality you did nothing to deserved the sinning or crime perpetrated against you. You live your life in this terrible state of denial by not seeking professional help. Since your inner spirit has been terribly wounded you will live your life in constant sadness, running away from any form of involvement that requires full commitment it can be work, marriage, child rearing, anything that puts pressure on your to act competent an exhibit well mental health.

This feelings that all is not well in your inner spirit will take you through negative traveling roads. You can be more susceptible to drug, alcohol, sexual promiscuity, physically abusive relationships. In other words you will become an open gate for all kinds of negative forces in your life. At the end you will hit rock bottom. When that happens you can be a candidate for suicide.

When you deny yourself medical treatment and the freedom to express what is killing you slowly you are heading in the wrong direction. Overwhelming amount of stress, emotional backlog problems will plague you. You might even turn into an abuser yourself to justify the repressed anger and emotional damage you failed to address. Usually it will be to other less threatening to you such as your children, ailing parent, husband who ever is at hand and under your control. These role reversal are deadly for it might bring relief during your emotional crisis it will indefinitely come back to hunt you and you will regress deeper into denial than ever by mutually reinforcing the idea you are no good, worthless and you deserve what you get in life.

It is said in the Bible that "the truth will set you free". Even though as painful as it can ever be the truth is better than a lie. It is better to face the music, sort of speak, than to keep been miserable hiding behind the curtain of denial. I have a young niece who has been doing drugs since a very young age. She was in a relationship with a living boyfriend who father three children, a set of girl twins and a boy. The separation of ways came and the father took off. For ten years she did not receive child support and survive with what ever she made in her job. Soon enough after the ten years she handed over her children to the boyfriend who never left town and took of to live life for herself. Not having dealt with the original cause of her inner spirit distress she went into drugs full time. That girl has not yet to be free of drugs influence, always hi on something, landing in jail for short term and minor infractions but never drugs related. This niece have never said she was sorry for all the damage and pain to people who love her, never admitted doing anything wrong. She opt to self medicate, always looking and acting like a zombie. She has been like that for years and now she is 37 years old, her children are young adults heading for college due to the father turned around behavior and accepting his responsibilities. But my niece is still in chains from her past. I have a terrible suspicion that something terrible happened to her as a child that she never let anybody known about or blocked it out. What a terrible shame. She is very intelligent, pretty and I can see that she could have been a great asset to an employer or could have reached a high platform in life. Instead she is a living dead. She will not go to a psychiatrist or seek out mental and physical help. No church, no God, no doctor just drugs. I keep praying for her safety and change of heart and life.

I know that God loves her, I pray she wakes up and seeks out help and God before is too late. You owe it to yourself to come face to face with your past and if possible try to work through your problems. Don't seek out revenge against those who hurt you. God will take care of that he knows exactly where and how to hit them that they will suffer their share and repent of their deeds or go on suffering even after death of their crimes against people and precious children.

God is a good God, full of love and understand, patient and not quick to anger. He wants all of us to be save and be with him in a blessed eternity. He does not want to punish, sent to hell any of us. We go to hell because we choose to ignore and reject God and his laws. I pray for my niece and I ask God to forgive me and help me through this life.

Then after fourteen years I again went up to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus along also. I went up in accord with a revelation, and I presented to them the gospel that I preach to the Gentiles--but privately to those of repute--so that I might not be running, or have run, in vain.
Moreover, not even Titus, who was with me, although he was a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised, but because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who slipped in to spy on our freedom that we have in Christ Jesus, that they might enslave us--to them we did not submit even for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might remain intact for you.

But from those who were reputed to be important (what they once were makes no difference to me; God shows no partiality)--those of repute made me add nothing.
On the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the gospel to the uncircumcised, just as Peter to the circumcised, for the one who worked in Peter for an apostolate to the circumcised worked also in me for the Gentiles, and when they recognized the grace bestowed upon me, James and Cephas and John, who were reputed to be pillars, gave me and Barnabas their right hands in partnership, that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised.

When Kephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face because he clearly was wrong.
For, until some people came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles; but when they came, he began to draw back and separated himself, because he was afraid of the circumcised. And the rest of the Jews (also) acted hypocritically along with him, with the result that even Barnabas was carried away by their hypocrisy. But when I saw that they were not on the right road in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Kephas in front of all, "If you, though a Jew, are living like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how can you compel the Gentiles to live like Jews?"

know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.
But if, in seeking to be justified in Christ, we ourselves are found to be sinners, is Christ then a minister of sin? Of course not!
But if I am building up again those things that I tore down, then I show myself to be a transgressor.

For through the law I died to the law, that I might live for God. I have been crucified with Christ; yet I live, no longer I, but Christ lives in me; insofar as I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God who has loved me and given himself up for me.

I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.

Bible: Book of Galatians Chapter 2
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++1 Notes: Paul's second journey to Jerusalem, involved a private meeting with those of repute, who were leaders of the Jerusalem church; his missionary work in Galatia would have been to no purpose if his opponents were correct that circumcision is needed for complete faith in Christ. Paul states that the gospel the false Christian Jews are propagating is wrong.
Paul emphasizes it was God's will, not Jerusalem authority, that led to the journey. ( Barnabas: A Jewish Christian missionary, with whom Paul worked. Titus: a missionary companion of Paul). Not even a Gentile Christian like Titus was compelled to receive the rite of circumcision.

The Christian Jews called now false brothers were demanding that Gentiles be circumcised sin order to become Christians. Paul insists that the gospel he preaches remained intact with no addition by those of repute that Titus was not compelled to accept circumcision; and that he and the reputed pillars in Jerusalem agreed on how each would advance the missionary task.

The truth of the gospel: the true gospel, in contrast to the false one of the opponents; the gospel of grace. Moreover, the right to proclaim the gospel without requiring circumcision and the Jewish law is sealed by a handshake. The decision reached in Jerusalem recognized the freedom of Gentile Christians from the Jewish law.

But there was another problem of table fellowship between Jewish Christians, who possibly still kept kosher food regulations. When Cephas first came to the racially mixed community of Jewish and Gentile Christians in Antioch, he ate with non-Jews. Pressure from persons arriving later from Jerusalem caused him and Barnabas to draw back. Paul therefore publicly rebuked Peter's inconsistency toward the gospel.

Clearly was wrong: literally, "stood condemned," by himself and also by Paul. His action in breaking table fellowship was especially grievous if the eating involved the meal at the Lord's supper.

He insists that salvation is by faith in Christ, not by works of the law. His teaching on the gospel concerns justification by faith in relation to sin.

To return to observance of the law as the means to salvation will lead someone to believe that in the admitting that it was wrong to have abandoned the law in the first place.

Through the law I died to the law: the law revealed sin and led to death and then to belief in Christ; or, the law itself brought the insight that law cannot justify, the "law of Christ" led to abandoning the Mosaic law; or, the law put Christ to death and so provided a way to our salvation, through baptism into Christ, through which we die (crucified with Christ; on the role of the law in reference to salvation.

The act of respecting yourself can be identified as "self-respect". Is there any truth to self-respect? Take a moment and think to yourself what self-respect means to you. What is your interpretation of self-respect. Single out events in your life that promoted self-respect or diminished your own self-respect. Did you let people walk all over you? Did you ever stand up for yourself? How do you behave in a marriage, love relationship, with your own family, work, any important facet of your life.

Now focus, you can do it. Write it in a piece of paper or notebook. Name the actions that you took that were positive non violent or law breaking you took to respect yourself in any given situation. Now, in retrospect remember what you did not do to promote or bring about your self respect in situations. What have you discovered? Who were or are the people involved in the conflict? What input did your high self-esteem or low self-esteem influence your decision on taking steps to secure your self-respect. How did you feel about it after it.

Are you harder on yourself because of your self-esteem, the way you view yourself and think others see you? Do you recognize a relationship between self -respect and self esteem? If so what are they? Are you aware of any double-standard behavior on your part concerning situations in your life. That is to say, if you made a mistake or gotten into some difficult situations your response about yourself can be viewed as positive or negative or even a double standard. Which is such as, Example: You made a mistake and you are upset about it: You badger yourself, label yourself negative names like: stupid, jerk, idiot, dumb and so on. However when a friend or someone else makes the same mistake you are more supportive, you give that person more space, more lead way, sympathy, understanding. Why? It was the same mistake. Is your self-esteem involved in each reaction to the problem?
Do you feel that you should have known better, you need to be punished, tormented with negative thoughts of yourself.

All the harsh messages you think about yourself, and other people inputs you receive from family, friends, outside sources like the enemy of your soul should not be accepted so quickly. They are unrealistic because it not coming from a well balance, well though out thinking process.

Why didn't you give yourself the same standards you gave your friend? Use one standard only and be realistic about. We are all humans. We all make mistakes that has consequences to the good or bad. Give yourself a message to forgive your own mistakes. Nobody is perfect only God and his son Jesus. God does not judge you as stupid or insignificant, a nobody, an idiot, a fool when you make a mistake that cost you. He judges your heart. What were your intentions at the time. Even then he is all forgiving and all love towards you. Hoping he waits for you to come to him so that he can help you. He does not want you tormenting yourself with hate, sorrow, disappointment feelings, condemnation. He wants you to be free enough to see the difference of opinion he has about you verses Satan. The enemy just wants to pound you to the ground in an effort to get even with God for having kicked him out of heaven when he try to usurp his throne. He uses all his tactical and practical warfare arrows to lead you to destruction because he knows God's laws. By destroying you he feeds his hatred for God for he knows God suffers when he has to pass sentence on an unrepentant heart. He loves to see God cry over a lost sinner. He thinks of nothing but revenge day in and day out. Next time you want to torment yourself with self doubt, or allow your self to disrespect your self, STOP and think were is coming from.

Paul, an apostle not from human beings nor through a human being but through Jesus Christ and God the Father who raised him from the dead, and all the brothers who are with me, to the churches of Galatia: grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ,
who gave himself for our sins that he might rescue us from the present evil age in accord with the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

I am amazed that you are so quickly forsaking the one who called you by (the) grace (of Christ) for a different gospel (not that there is another). But there are some who are disturbing you and wish to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach (to you) a gospel other than the one that we preached to you, let that one be accursed! As we have said before, and now I say again, if anyone preaches to you a gospel other than the one that you received, let that one be accursed!

Am I now currying favor with human beings or God? Or am I seeking to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a slave of Christ. Now I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel preached by me is not of human origin. For I did not receive it from a human being, nor was I taught it, but it came through a revelation of Jesus Christ. For you heard of my former way of life in Judaism, how I persecuted the church of God beyond measure and tried to destroy it, and progressed in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries among my race, since I was even more a zealot for my ancestral traditions. But when (God), who from my mother's womb had set me apart and called me through his grace, was pleased to reveal his Son to me, so that I might proclaim him to the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult flesh and blood, nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; rather, I went into Arabia and then returned to Damascus. Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to confer with Cephas and remained with him for fifteen days.

But I did not see any other of the apostles, only James the brother of the Lord. (As to what I am writing to you, behold, before God, I am not lying.) Then I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia. And I was unknown personally to the churches of Judea that are in Christ; they only kept hearing that "the one who once was persecuting us is now preaching the faith he once tried to destroy." So they glorified God because of me.

Bible: Book of Galatians Chapter 1
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Notes
The Apostle Paul heard about so called converts who were attacking him verbally trying to discredit God's true gospel. They attacked his authority in Galatia, a town located for what is known today as central Turkey.

Paul writes a letter to the newly pagan converts of Galatia. In that letter he defends his apostleship. He explained how he became an apostle of Christ. That he was not chosen by men through a congregation nor appointed through any prophets but Through Jesus Christ and God the father. Read (Philippians 2:25; 2 Cor 8:23) and or (1 Tim 1:18; 4:14)

When Paul speaks to "All the brothers": He is referring to all fellow believers in Christ, male and female.
Paul, expresses his surprise at the way his converts are deserting the gospel of Christ for a perverted message. He reasserts the one gospel he has preached defend himself.

The charges against Paul by his opponents claiming that he sought to conciliate people with flattery and to curry favor with God. Paul renounces such lies by self describing himself as a slave of Chris.
Cephas: Aramaic name of Simon (Peter); cf Matthew 16:16-18
James the brother of the Lord: not one of the Twelve, but a brother of Jesus (see Mark 6:3).

Discipline

How many people hate the word discipline and what it stands for? Every time I read or hear that word it reminds me of parental, school teachers discipline which was nasty and painful. But true discipline is not at all like that if it is enforced with an certain amount of love, patience and understanding showing interest in the well being of the person who is been discipline.

Did you ever wonder if Cain and Abel were ever disciplined as today's standards? If they were I wonder how Adam and Eve manage that? As it turned out one brother, Cain, killed the other, Abel. Do you think Cain could have been forgiven if he would have confessed and repented of his crime? When the Lord asked Cain, even though he knew what Cain had done, what was God doing by asking? Was he giving Cain a chance to repent by confessing and asking forgiveness? I think maybe so. But what did Cain do when asked, "Cain where is Abel thy brother"? Cain lied. "I know not, Am I my brother's keeper? What in the world was Cain thinking about, he still have the blood of his own brother on his hands. Did he think he could get away with the killing by lying to God. God already knew because he saw it and God heard the voice of his brothers blood crying out to him who gave him life? Was Cain trying to get away with such a crime or was he afraid of the discipline or punishment coming his way when God found out he murdered his own brother. After all there were only Adam, Eve, Cain and Abel on the earth. It was not hard to see somebody would be missing at supper time. But Cain lied not because he was sorry for killing his brother but for fear of his punishment.
Even after God confronted Cain and handed down his punishment Cain only cried out and complaint about how hard it was for him, not once did he tell God that he was deserving of his punishment and that he did wrong and was sorry for it. Cain loved only Cain.

Some people say that Cain did not mean to kill Abel. That he just lost his temper and in the moment of temporary insanity gave Abel those mortal blows with the intent to just hurt him a bit. But that cannot be true because both boys had known what is was killing by the witnessing of the killing of animals. Cain knew that if you stroke or hit any animal or bird of the air it will render the creature dead, without life. His parent, Adam and Eve most have told them that it was OK to kill an animal for food but not to kill one of them. So both boys knew that they could cause the death of any living creature including humans. They both knew that death was a real thing and once killed an animal cannot be brought back to life.

When Abel offered the best sacrificial animal to God he had to kill the animal. He knew this because he watched Abel give God the very best of his flock. I wonder how he felt watching his own brother killing the very best animal to offer as a sacrifice to God. Did he think "what a jerk"? God rejected Cain's sacrifice. Cain grain offering could have been of poor quality showing what he felt and thought of God in his heart. It was not the type of sacrifice that was given for grain was as good at live stock as a sacrifice offering. It was the heart of the man who gave it. Cain resentment of Abel and his sacrifice grew because it made him look bad. But Cain got it all wrong. It was not Abel who was rejecting him and his sacrifice it was God. But it was easier to blame Abel for his own short comings.

Think of how you would feel if someone would give to you a present. This person gave you a present that it meant a lot to him/her while the other person gave you some cheap lay around trinket even though he/she had plenty of money to buy or could give you something that was valuable out of his own possessions. What would you think?

Story of Cain and Abel is found in the Bible.

Self-Awareness

So many of us ignore even ridicule the importance of self-awareness. Some don't even know what it means. Let me start by saying explaining: Self: meaning you Awareness: to know, recognize, to be alerted. Is talking about the self that is you, what makes you be you, not what they tell you are by others, not labels, titles or physical description but the reality of your inner spirit, what you are made of.

For openers you are your beliefs guided by thoughts, external events, things that happened to you from birth till now, your intelligence not as the world sees it but as your creator gives it, moods are your emotional status, responses to your thoughts. Do you listen to your inner spirit? The part of you that lets you be you. Everyone is born with an inner spirit. Some are hyperactive, or lay back. Ask a mother to be how the child within her is acting or non-acting. She will tell you. Every pregnancy is different and unique. A woman can have a pregnancy were the kid is so lay back she has to tap him/her to make sure is still alive while other kids are jumping, pushing their elbows under our ribs, kicking our the bladder as if they were dancing a merengue (a fast Spanish dance). Once the child is born we know what to expect. A kid that won't stand still or a lay back kid. But of course in today's society a hyper kid is drugged and cheated out of their God given spirit. Not to say that some kids do need medications but the majority is just an inconvenience to teachers and other who find them troublesome and distracting.

Now you see what you are: Are your easy going, fretful or worrisome? Or are you the type that needs an earthquake to move into action, you are so lay back ants have trouble getting around you. You are sort of a peace keeper. Do you have can do attitude, positivity, eager to learn and do, loving, helpful, a go get it kind of person? Or are you a war monger, always looking for strife, trouble, creating havoc where ever you go?

What are the symptoms of your thoughts: Negativity, hate, envy, jealousy, or maybe dread, hopelessness, worries never secure from within, perhaps your symptoms are the opposite like happy, can wait to get into action, always looking up, eager to do, the type of person most people love to be around for you are so contagious with your can do attitude, you look at the worlds with an immense appetite of delight. If we look at the full picture we will notice that all humans can be describe as a combination of all or as each separate of the three aspects or personality.

On the other hand it can go into extremes. For example: are you scared, angry, anxious, do you believe nothing good will ever come your way, nobody will ever love you, that you are a born looser? That is going to extreme. The other end is: Always denying facts about health, income, failing to recognize when to get on and when to get off the merry-go-around. Always looking for that pot of gold, that perfect love mate, the new horizon, new job, house, all fun and games, that is also extreme.

It is good to be emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally well balance. For that you need to do a self inventory. Challenge your thoughts. Recognize triggers which are things that drive you to anger, depression, self doubt, over spending, love hopping and so on. What are the things that irritate you, make you sad, give you the feeling of hopelessness. Are there in your mind all the time? Do you accept every negative thought as coming from you from withing or are you believing someone else views of description of you? How is your self motivation? Do you feel motivated to try different things or do you need to be pushed by others into trying? Do you like people? Do people like you? Do have goals for your future? Do you set up goals? Do you try to accomplish your goals or just drop them after an insignificant try?

How is your self talk? Is it full of do's and don't, should and shouldn't or is it full of I can? Are you tough skin, you know nothing can hurt me kind of mentality or are you thin skin, easy to be hurt, very sensitive. In these world of ours we need both kinds. One to fight for our freedom and our rights as people and the other to soothe the wounds of that fight.

Whose life pattern are you following? We all follow someone else life pattern till an extent: It can be our parents, teachers, lovers, employers, movie stars, politicians or who ever we have known in our lives or put on a pedestal.

I did at one time follow different life pattern but none of them made me feel worthy, loved, confident or accepted. All those life patterns after people made me feel I had to prove myself to it. I had to earn my keep sort of it. It was only when I picked up a Bible and started reading one day that I realized how mistaken I was to believe what others negative points of me where, that the only life pattern I should imitate, follow after or copy of Jesus Christ. He was the only one that looked up for my benefit, that was gentle and tender hearted towards me. He did not demand for me to love him, or accept him. He only showed me his great love and gave me confidence to be me. I was acceptable to him even though I did not know him at the time, nor love him, followed him or even spoke to him. To me he was something like a Santa Claus, everybody talks about him but he is living in a mystical far away land. I did not know that he kept his eye on me and watched me and helped me out of some heavy messes and took me out of the pit of despairs. How could I? All I have learned to believe from going to church was that he was the son of God. That was it. Nobody explained to me what that meant.

Later I learned about what his death on the cross was for, why he chose to died such a horrible way, and why. Once I learned all those things I found myself drawn to his perfect love. My hope for a loving and peaceful relationship with God gained promise. I became more positive about my life. I understood more about his created world and the people living in it. I began understanding the cause for the terrible experiences in my life and who was behind it all and why. Deliverance was my gift from him, acceptance was my step to life and inheritance is my destiny to his many promises and his assurance that when my life is over I will be with him in paradise.
