| Let's Talk About Sex.........

 let's talk about ,um,well,um,SEX--yeah,i said it!!!! we are OBSESSED with SEX! the media,our blogs,our sales and commercials, WE as a people are OBSESSED with SEX! we either don' t have enough and want to have more,or we have to much and want to have less,the sex we have isn't up to par and we want to fix it,or it is so freakin' wonderful we want to tell EVERYONE about it!!!! sex is a drug,a weapon, a power struggle, for procreation,recreation and degradation!!! OMG!!!! where does it end? from puberty until death it's in your face! the double standard still exists if a girl does she's a slut if she doesn't she's a good girl prude
if a guy does well, he's the man. if he doesn't he must be well,not good with the ladies or guys (added for my homosexual buddies out there! )!---not to mention that too much indescriminate sex can actually kill you from assorted diseases! and there are a plethora of diseases to chose from nowadays!!! it's crazy!!
then there is always the issue of is sex for LOVE or is it just SEX for the sake of SEX!!?? either is ok,i guess. i used to believe in the "sex is love "thing. now that i'm older and wiser i don't adhere to that view anymore. maybe in a perfect world,*think heavy sigh*. one of my fave actresses,kirstie alley,once said that the term "making love is so wrong it's laughable"--sadly, i agree. sex is so well studied that it's a science experiment,a purely physical act. emotionaly it complicates things,our relationships,our lives,our sanity!!!! i just read a blog from some guy lamenting about his sex life. he wants to be in love. however, if he has sex with someone(and he has) while not in love with them does that make him evil ? i can't answer that. it reminds me of my neices friend who thinks that my neice will
go to hell if she sees a psychic (did i mention that he's a tad religious?) but it's perfectly fine for him to have a drunken 4-some? yeah,there's something WRONG with that picture! AND what i'm trying to figure out at this point in my life is why my father (God bless him after all he is 85!!!!!  ) is having sex with his much younger girlfriend and she's not an easy slut? because,afterall, if you have sex before you're married you're a slut,right Dad? oops,did i say that outloud?

yes, some are obsessed, I am an addict, but very much particular and in control. self dicipline is a good thing. As for your dad, AWSOME!
